A deceptively spacious Victorian town house on 4 levels with stunning sea views close to the town and Ventnor sea front. The house is stylishly furnished and is ideal for families, with the green opposite providing a great space for outdoor games. The rear courtyard garden offers a sheltered deck area with a BBQ for alfresco cooking and dining. The rooms are large with high ceilings and the house is ideal for families sharing or extended family groups.

About the neighbourhood
The Victorian resort town of Ventnor lies on the southern tip of the Isle of wight and enjoys some of the countrys sunniest summers and mildest winters. The town is a short walk around the corner with its quirky shops, supermarkets, restaurants and coffee shops.

The seafront at Ventnor is a short walk down the hill. This charming seaside town has a continental feel with restaurants and renowned pubs selling quality food and drink, looking out to sea. The beach maintains its Blue Flag status.

Ferry: Cowes / Fishbourne: 20.0 km
The Isle of Wight is served by two main car ferry companies. Red Funnel run services from Southampton to East Cowes and Wightlink run services from Portsmouth to Fishbourne and Lymington to Yarmouth.

Whilst a car is recommended it is possible to travel by public transport with a fast catamaran service from Southampton to West Cowes (Red Funnel) and a hovercraft from Southsea to Ryde.

A train runs from Ryde to Shanklin and the island has an efficient bus service.
