The pretty Albury Cottage is a charming, nautically themed, Victorian property, ideal for families and friends to relax in and enjoy either short breaks or long stay holidays. The Albury was built in 1871 and have been fully renovated, whilst keeping its original character.
The cottage accommodates four guests with two double bedrooms, one with a double bed with en-suite shower room, and the other bedroom is a twin bedded room with a sink,. There a separate bathroom and a separate cloakroom. A lounge with a sofa bed and a kitchen/diner. A private driveway is allocated at the side of the house which can accommodate up to two vehicles (one in front of the other) there is a veranda with seating, and to the side of the cottage is a pretty covered patio area., under a grapevine.
We provide bed linen, towels (please bring your own beach towels) toiletries and a complimentary welcome hamper (including wine) a cot and high chair are also available on request. We are also pleased to offer guests a 15% discount with Red Funnel Ferries.
The Cottage is located next to the Albury Villa (reference 8319380) so guests wishing to make a group booking can book both properties.

Shanklin nestles on the South East coast of the island and benefits from a micro climate with the longest sunshine hours in the UK. Local places of interest include the stunning Chine and Heritage Centre (a deep ravine with a waterfall and diverse flora and fauna) which was the islands first tourist attraction. The Shanklin Theatre, cliff walks, Shanklin Sailing Club, Shanklin and Sandown Rowing Club, Shanklin Deep Sea Fishing Club, water activities, beach huts, Esplanade amusements & arcade, crazy golf, parks, ghost walks, interesting shops, good restaurants, bars, pubs, tea rooms and the quaint pretty Old Village with its gorgeous thatched cottages.

How to get there
A short sea crossing from Portsmouth, other routes include Southampton and Lymington.
