Cosy romantic annexe of a sandstone barn conversion with private courtyard garden, now updated with a HARRY POTTER theme. It is situated on the outskirts of Barrow in Furness, a Victorian town with a proud ship building heritage. The property has one en-suite bedroom and an open plan lounge, dining kitchen. The kitchen for the size of the property is very well equipped. There are a few good pubs/ restaurants in walking distance, so there is no need to cook if you so desire . The area has a lot of history and nature to explore, with the coast only a few miles away. The Dock museum is approx 3 miles away and Furness Abbey is two miles away. Grade II listed barn conversion (Annex).
Exceptional stay and welcoming hosts (Les & Julie) who go the extra mile for their guests. Property is exactly as described (charming & characterful) and in a central location. Tourism (Lake District) is within easy reach. Great experience and certainly recommended. No hesitation in rebooking.
