About the neighbourhood
Beverley is located about 10 miles to the north of Hull and 30 miles east of York. The fine beaches of Bridlington and Hornsea are about a 20 minute drive northeast. Beverley itself is famed for it spectacular Beverley Minster founded in 700AD and is once of the largest parish churches in the UK. Additionally Beverley is an historic market town which still thrives today on Saturdays and Wednesdays. Also of much interest is the Beverley racecourse holding exciting meetings throughout the spring and summer. Lempicka is located on Beverley's Wednesday Market, on the corner of Eastgate and Railway Street (also known as the A164). Beverley's railway station is about a five minute walk away down Railway Street. Beverley is about 10 miles northwest of Hull on the A1079 and about 30 miles southeast of York on the A1079.
