Holiday Rental House
The house is set over two newly decorated floors with two large double bedrooms and a sizeable single bedroom. The house has one family bathroom with a good over bath shower and downstairs WC. The ground floor has a roomy kitchen with all the usual utilities you would need and adjoins the lounge dinner with dining table and cosy snug area. The small sunroom is also a lovely retreat for a cup of tea on a sunny day. The garden consists of a sunny patio with table and chairs and use of our BBQ. Please also note the house is ideally suited for 5 people but can sleep upto 6 with the use of our portable bed which is very comfortable. Please let us know in advance if you would need this. A five-minute drive takes you to the open New Forest with walks, wildlife and golf courses. Also a one-minute walk from the house takes you to the sea front with a short drive to the closest beach. There is also a bustling market on Saturdays. Getting around: Lymington train station is within 5 minutes walk of the house and has good connections to London and the surrounding areas. The main bus station is under 10 minutes walk and serves the local area. Plenty of free parking is also available outside the front of the house. Please ask if you are in need of bikes. Other Things to Note: The house would be perfectly suited to anyone interested in sailing or with a boat moored at any of the local marina's as it so close to Lymington river. Please note depending on the time of year you book we may still have personal items etc in the cupboards. We generally fully clear out over summer. If you would like any dates which currently aren't available please feel free to ask as we may be able to sort something out.More

there is everything you need at the house and everything else entertainment wise is within a 5 or 10 min distance would highly recommend
