Recent 2 night stay
We have just returned yesterday from a 2 night stay in this wonderful apartment.
What a beautiful quirky apartment. Very clean and very comfortable in a prominent position in Buxton.
Car park pass provided for the duration of our stay and friendly helpful apartment owners.
We shall be looking to stay here again when visiting the area. Highly recommended
Thank you for a lovely stay, Paula and Brian Hesketh.

Not Pet Friendly
Booked this as said it was pet friendly only to have the booking cancelled due to our labs being "too big". Very disappointing as our dogs are well trained. Guess little dogs are ok regardless of their behaviour!

Excellent communication and very clean
We enjoyed our stay and were very impressed by the excellent communication of the owners and the cleanliness of the property. The flat is well located, with the High Street well served by pubs (there are 5 within a stone's throw) and cafes. It took us about 15 mins to amble down to the pavilion and the main shopping centre. Otherwise the car park is in easy walking distance of the flat.
Inside the flat there is small but ample sitting room and kitchen and then a (steep) staircase up to the two bedrooms. Both the bedrooms are of a good size, well furnished and very comfortable. The only slight downside was the light coming through the blinds in the morning.

Absolutely fabulous
We had a girls spa weekend based at this fabulous apartment over a couple of days. The apartment itself is wonderful, very warm and has everything you could possibly need including games, books, dvds etc. It is beautifully decorated throughout and although it has lots of stairs over a few floors, they all fixed with solid safe handrails and lit really well. The apartment is ideally located for discovering Buxton but is also fairly quiet at night - so the best of both worlds. Highly recommend and we will definitely be booking again.

Absolutely Perfect
Just home from a lovely 2-night stay with friends. What a beautiful apartment. It was equipped with everything we needed and more and is very tastefully decorated. The car park pass wad a definite bonus too. Centrally located which makes it perfect to just wander into town or the Spa at the Palace Hotel which is where we went. Lovely welcome pack of the essentials, milk, bread, coffee etc. There are a lot of stairs so if you have any mobility issues then it's not for you. I, personally, enjoyed the extra exercise 😊
I'd definitely recommend this place.

Fantastic apartment - great location
Just returned from a lovely few days in Buxton - perfect accommodation for family of 4. The apartment had everything we needed and was very well located, near the centre of town. Lorraine was very accommodating and helpful - a perfect host. We would definitely recommend.

Good, well equipped apt in central location, but a lot of steep stairs
This is a well equipped, clean and tidy apartment spilt over 3 floors with steep stair cases connecting them. Coming from living in a bunglow it was a good work out. Very good location in the middle of Buxton and the carpark pass for the local carparks is a great benefit to the visitor.
Lorraine and Kev were both very helpful and accommodating for our non standard arrival day.
Would recommend the apartment for families with older children but with all the steep stairs not sure it is the place for young children but then again I am used to a bungalow.

Thank you for your review - Much appreciated. The building is very tall and set over 4 floors including the entrance hall so it does have lots of stairs which may be challenging to some guests. Many thanks

Comfortable stay
Buxton is a lovely town, we found it central to all the attractions we wanted to see. The apartment was very comfortable, well presented and had everything we needed for our stay. There were quite a few stairs to negotiate as the rooms were on 3 levels, not that it was a problem for us but it did give us a good workout.

Super-Lage
Schöne Ferienwohnung in zentraler Lage! Für Gehbehinderte nicht ideal, da die Zimmer über mehrere Stockwerke verteilt sind.
Vermieter unkompliziert und freundlich. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in den Peak District. Komme gerne wieder!

Great location and owners were amazing.
We had a really great visit. We have a 1-year-old and it was great being so close to the centre of town, and with so many things to do close by.
Lorraine and Kevin are amazing and will help you out with anything. They really are very very helpful.
