Blue tooth sound bar/speaker. Playstation 2. Smart 32ins TV in master bedroom and further TVs in bedroom 2 and 3. Kitchen - Dishwasher, electric oven / feature gas hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer. Restrictions - No smoking. No pets. PLEASE NOTE - Façade works are currently being undertaken in this block and scaffolding is being erected with a white netting cover over the top floor apartments which will obscure views. Panorama is presently unaffected by scaffold or views out from the property as works are presently not scheduled to start around this apartment until after summer 2022. If schedules are updated and work does commence sooner immediately outside then a gesture will be made for all new bookings. (Information updated 11 May 2022).

February Half term stay
We had a lovely stay for the February half term. 5 of us staying, we had plenty of room. A very well appointed apartment. Great location right on the Quay. Couple of things to note, car park is a couple of mins walk away through the building. Need to be considered if you have a lot of luggage to move. The other point is that being so close to the bars and restaurants, there can be some noise in the evenings especially from the night club on the side road opposite.

Christmas holiday
This was the third year we had rented the apartment and were disappointed to find that the things that we had found to be not in good working order were still the same. For example the patio doors are not easy to close, the toilet in the en-suite in the master bedroom would continue to flush and had to be flushed again to stop. The dryer which rested on top of the washing machine sounded like Concord taking off and would prevent easy conversation. The master bedroom patio doors would not open. There were no instructions for the cooker and the Microwave was not easy to work. All in all this apartment needs a makeover.
