Bedroom 2: twin beds, fitted, mirror fronted wardrobes. Family bathroom: bath with shower over, WC and wash hand basin. Entertainment: For families: travel cot, highchair and stairgate available. Outside: south facing, enclosed lawned garden, patio furniture. Parking: off street parking at the front of the property. General: changeover day - Saturday. Gas CH. Bed linen and towels provided. WiFi Pets: sorry, no dogs. Accidental Damage Deposit: you may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for this property. Where applicable we will contact you in good time before your holiday with further details and to take payment. Notes: no smoking. There is good storage for bikes, surfboards, kayaks, muddy boots etc. in the entrance porch or the garage (accessed via the garden). Please note all equipment is stored at your risk.
