Matratzen und Bettbezüge sind mit Bettwanzen übersät
Leider mussten wir nach 5 tagen feststellen ,das im Schlafzimmer die Matratzen und die Bettwäsche und Bettunterlagen massiv verdreckt und verwanzt sind ,
Nach Rücksprache mit dem Vermieter und Eigentümer wurde uns Abhilfe mit einer Rückerstattung von 100 EUR für 11 Tagen angeboten..Abhilfe vom Eigentümer ,,,,schlafen Sie die restlichen 5 Tage auf dem Schlafsofa,,,toll.....super Angebot

Zentrale gelegene und gut augestattete Wohnung
Wir waren sehr zufrieden und haben uns wohlgefühlt! Toll ist die gute Anbindung durch die U-Bahn und das Parkhaus in unmittelbarer Nähe! Wir kommen im nächsten Jahr gerne wieder!

practical
one bedroom apartment, with all equipment in mint condition.
distant from city center, hence quit district with daily need at finger tips.
10 meters away nice cafe/bar, and the underground station.
the building is noise sensitive, so if you like loud talks and gatherings you won't be able to after 10 pm.
No reading light in the bedroom.
pillows were flat
on street parking is available.
excellent for long stay.

Apartamento bonito, cuidado y limpio. Un poco pequeño para ir con niños. Zona tranquila y metro a la puerta de casa. Si se va en coche parking a pocos metros a 6€ dÃa. Como negativo, a mejorar si es posible, cortinas más oscuras (a las 5.00h es como si se estuviera en la calle). Y un ventilador más potente.

Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und sauber, die Übergabe hat gut funktioniert, die U-Bahn Station liegt direkt gegenüber, ebenso ein Imbiss, ein Supermarkt ist direkt um die Ecke... also ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt, um Wien zu erkunden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Comfortable, quite, clean, excellently equiped apartment. Good location (+ to metro station - 7S fast train direct line to the airport in 500 m). Bonus for smokers - a cosy balcony. Value for money (though the additional fee of 35 euro for final cleaning sees high a bit), easy key handover. Definitely recommended!
