Business travellers will appreciate the central and quiet location, the generous space and free internet access. The apartment is located in the pedestrian zone. Public garage parking is available just a few minutes from the apartment. Considering the rich range of culinary offerings in Graz you will probably have little desire for cooking yourself. However, a well equipped kitchenette is at your disposal for breakfast at any time of the day and it will come in really handy when you want to try out one of the delicious local recipes...     Graz is great

    Enjoyed the convenience of the location and all the nice touches Carmen has in the apartment, especially in the bathroom and kitchen. Carmen is a great host and communicated helpfully and promptly. Would highly recommend!

The enchanting old city centre has been UNESCO World Heritage since 1999 has not only small historic street and romantic square to offer, but also futuristic architecture and a Mediterranean flair. You'll find most of the important sights just steps away from our apartment. Since we are located in the pedestrian zone, your shopping experience will be a relaxed one. Numerous little shops, boutiques and Austria's perhaps most beautiful department store are out there to lead you into temptation. Talking of temptation: Refrain from any diet and enjoy the abundant choice of culinary delights just nearby.
