The New Kings Avenue Mall is now open next door, with lots of shops, eateries, coffee shops and cinema.
The jacuzzi is operational within the price for March - November only, for use of the jacuzzi during December, January or February there will be an additional cost of £100 per week.
Check in and check out times can be flexible depending on rentals prior to, and following the booking.

Queens Gardens is perfectly located in the heart of Kato Paphos, on the Tomb of the Kings Road, between the Harbour and Old Town, next to the new Kings Avenue Mall with its many shops, coffee shops, restaurants and cinema.

Restaurants, bars, cafes, shops and other amenities are only a few steps away, and the nearest of the many beaches is only 200 yards away. It has a beach bar, restaurant, sunbeds and parasols, showers and changing rooms. All beaches in Paphos are municipal (open to all) and the famous Coral Bay beach is only a short bus ride from Queens Gardens.

The Tomb of the Kings site itself is only a 10 minute walk.

Old Town with its traditional morning market, and cafes with panoramic views over the whole of Paphos is only a short walk, as is the Harbour with its relaxing pavem...
