lovely villa in a stunning location
We have just had 2 weeks at the villa and had a great time. It is in a stunning location with fantastic views from the garden, balconies and also the roof terrace. What can be nicer than watching the sun go down in the hot tub with a chilled glass of bubbly then get ready and enjoy the wonderful restaurants that fuseta has to offer and at very reasonable prices.
The villa is well equipped with nice crockery and glass wear and pleanty of it so you can use the dishwasher that is provided. The layout is great if you have 2 families sharing as each room has its own bathroom and the room layout gives each their privacy. There are crisp cotton sheets and fluffy white towels provided just as you would expect in a high class hotel. The other great thing about the location on the complex is that you overlook the pool so if you have children that are old enough to go on their own but you want to keep an eye on them you can sit and chill in the garden and know their safe. The area is great for walking and cycling and bikes are very reasonable to rent(we rented 2 bikes for 11.5e a day) you can rent child seats and also those little hook on carriages. The beach is beautiful it is gently shelving so ideal for young ones, and there are 2 beach bars to get refreshments. There is also the island beach that is accessible by boat from the harbour at 1.6e ret. For those that want to you can walk the lenghth of the beach to armona in about 1.5 hours and catch the boat from armona to olhao then the train home it is a lovely day out. We have been to fuseta a few times now and never tire of it as it has something for everyone without taking away its local charm. Thanks paul for a lovely holiday.

Villa 22
We've just returned from this fantastic villa having had a wonderful holiday in Fuseta. The villa is immaculate and ideally placed for access to the village and its many restaurants. The swimming pool is straight across from the front of the property and that is also spotless and very child friendly. I really couldn't fault anything about the place and we will definitely be going back.

Fantastic
Holiday rental best one I have ever stayed at.
Everything you could need is available at this holiday home and to a high standard.
Fantastic hot tub, swimming pool on door step, beach within walking distance.
Paul the owner very friendly and helpful.
We were met at the rental by Sara who looks after the rental who advised us she was on hand if required.
All in all fantastic holiday would highly recommend.

About the neighbourhood
Fuseta Town Beach is 2 minutes drive or 10/15 minute walk away where you can get the local Ferry to the Armona Island Sand dunes, beautiful sand and ocean views. Fuseta Town is a 10 minute walk to find the supermarket, shops, restaurants, cafes, banks and post office. The local municipal market sells fresh fish, fruit and vegetables daily. Boat trips, kayaking, kite-surfing, horse riding, fishing and golf are just some the the activities nearby.<BR><BR>The Ria Formosa Nature Reserve is perfect for bird watching, walking, & cycling<BR>There is Direct access from the villa to the "Ecovia", a cycling/walking track along the coast from Olhão all the way to the Spanish border. <BR><BR>Fuseta Ria is the perfect base for local trips to Tavira with its Moorish Castle in the Old Town, revamped market hall in the square and new town with its Gran Plaza shopping centre; not your typical tourist location but very Portuguese.

How to get there
Faro airport is about 30 minutes away via the N125 or the A22. From Fuseta train station (only 10 minutes walk away) regular trains run to Tavira, Olhão and Faro. Airport transfers or Car Hire can be arranged - please confirm at time of booking. We recommend to hire a car because the Algarve offers many interesting places to visit - full details of trips and places to visit are in our Villa brochure which is constantly updated by all visitors. Faro is served by all of the budget airlines - please speak to your friends and neighbours and work colleagues as to which are the better airlines. Full instructions will be emailed to you about 6 weeks prior to your holiday with a local telephone contact number for our agent.
