Adjoining the living area there are 2 bedrooms fully equipped with good sized double beds and both owning 2 other, spacious Maltese traditional wooden balconies. The property comes equipped with a family bathroom with a shower cubicle, finished to the highest standards. This one of a kind property makes it ideal for all those who are after a sightseeing holiday or for those who would just wish to stay and relax, enjoying the soft sea-breeze and stunning views. This property is literally a few minutes off walk from Republic Street which is the principal street in the capital. Visit Valletta and walk through history, with impressive buildings, niches, fountains, coats of arms or votive statues in most corners. Conversely you may choose to do a touch of shopping in the numerous outlets in the center, or just laze around and enjoy the local cuisine in any of the numerous cafes and restaurants in the city or why not just browse in the narrow side streets to discover a mix of old and new? Valletta, “Citta’ Umilissima” as Malta’s capital city is known is a “city built by gentlemen for gentlemen”, a living, breathing city, a city definitely worth visiting. Payment is all to be done all in advance to the website. After 24hrs from the tenants physical check in the funds will be then transferred to us. A refundable breakage deposit of 300euro is to be paid to the website and refunded again by the website. Also please note that the price being paid for the property includes basic utilities: - 150KWh- for 2 bedroom apartment free per week with the apartment which is more than sufficient for a weekly stay. However if the inclusive amount of KWh will be exceeded, an extra charge will apply at a rate of 0. 35c per KWh. Other than that there are no other hidden expenses or charges. Cleaning of the property prior the arrival and after departure is included in the price. Any extra cleaning during accommodation will incur extra charges. Two sets of towels per person and one set of linen per bed is also provided by us, then it is up to one's discrepancy to wash them as much often as desired.​ Monthly rate it is also available, please ask for quote. Also please do note the utilities are NOT included on a monthly rate but paid for as much as one consumes. Long lets also available rates upon request from owner. Apartment also available for long term booking of 6 months period maximum with a monthly rate, in such case utilities will not be included in the rate. Please do ask for quote should you be interested. Please note that the rental price does not include the Environmental Contribution tax, introduced on June 2016 amounting to €0.50c per night up to a maximum of €5 for each continuous stay in the Maltese Islands. We will meet you on your arrival and we'll be happy to give you tips for making your holiday an unforgettable experience. We can also organise airport transfers. Access to all the area of the apartment. The whole apartment will be rented and the property is private and not shared with any other tenants. A Bus Stop is close by, only a few meters away from the apartment. No car is necessary, the apartment is walking distance to any amenity. For those of you opting to rent a car, parking is free for public use along the street and the nieghbouring ones.
