The Apartment Wonderful three Bedroom Sea Front Apartment, highly finished and enjoying breathtaking sea views from its 30 sqm terrace. On entrance one is greeted by a small hall leading to the sleeping quarters and the main living area. This wonderfully planned space consists of open plan living leading onto the front terrace, a laundry room and drying terrace. Main bedroom enjoys en-suite and Walk in Wardrobe. Guest Access Communal Swimming Pool (Free and only available between the 1st of June and the 31st of October), Sunbeds and Umbrellas by the pool (Free), Underground parking (charges apply) and Walkways to Beach. Get active and enjoy a workout in the fully equipped gym at the Fort Fitness club (charges apply) which includes an indoor running track, a boxing ring, beauty clinic and barber shop. House Rules - For groups of more than 6 persons, the 7th and 8th Guest sleep on a provided folding bed. - Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment although guests may do so on the balcony. - Linen is changed once every 7 days during lets of longer than 14 days. Before checking-out, guests are asked to ensure that all kitchen utensils, crockery, etc are left in a clean and proper state. - Airport transfers to and from the apartment are available on request. - Listed Prices include 25 Kwh of electricity per day which is more than enough for normal use of the apartment. Additional electricity consumption is charged at Eur 0.30/Kwh. - For stays shorter than 5 nights there is a loading of Eur 50 over and above the total booking amount to cover cleaning costs. - Check-in: after 15:00, Check-out: before 11:00 - A €35 fee applies for check-ins after 9:00pm -- Dear Guest, as from June 20, 2016, the Government of Malta is introducing an Environmental Contribution. All revenue generated from this initiative will be used to upgrade and embellish the local infrastructure in touristic areas around the Maltese Islands. Those older than 18 years of age are required to pay an Environmental Contribution amounting to €0.50c per night up to a maximum of €5 for holidays in Malta and Gozo. The contribution must be paid separately on arrival to your booked property and is not included in the property rate charged. ENHANCED CLEANING AND HYGIENE PROTOCOL -- Your Safety is Important to Us: We are taking maximum precautions in our apartments, applying the recommendations of the World Health Organization, the Malta Tourism Authority and the health experts. Excellent apartment with fantastic location!
This apartment was fabulous. We travelled with our 3 children aged 14, 12 & 10 and the apartment was clean & very spacious. The views from the balcony were just stunning. There is WIFI, which the kids loved & pay TV!! The location was amazing - we walked everywhere. There is a shopping centre 5 minutes down the road, there are great cafes & beautiful walks. Aaron & Paula were excellent to deal with & even organised our airport transfers. Being our first time in Malta, It would have been good to have an information book in the apartment with details of owners, local doctors, pharmacy, tour groups, etc but our drivers provided us with plenty of helpful information too. We highly recommend this property & will definitely be back to stay again!!

Family Wedding
Just returned from a weeks stay here visited Sliema for a family wedding. The apartment was exactly what I expected it was clean , very spacious in a great location, balcony was brilliant so much room only down fall was there was work going on behind it but didn't really bother us . Pool was lovely very well maintained and spotless .Sliema is a lovely place would definitely go back and also to these apartments. The owners arranged for our transport to and from airport which was great .

Location, location, location with great owners as hosts.
Our contact with the owner was very good from the initial confirmation, to assisting with airport transfers, and laterally confirming all hosting information etc pre arrival. On collection at the airport we where welcomed, quickly taken to the apartment, given all relevant information etc as well as some excellent insight on locations to visit, restaurants etc. The apartment was excellent, very clean, and more than matched the images etc; fantastic views from both balconies. It's location is perfect, minutes to local shops, supermarket and a upmarket 'underground' shopping centre - yet it sits within a very peaceful, safe, residential area that ensures relaxation and good sleeps ! We will return to it on our next visit to Malta and highly recommend it.

Wonderful stay
This apartment was perfect for our stay in Malta. The location was close to the shopping centre and a short downhill walk to the ferry and main street where there were plenty of restaurants and shops. The apartment was immaculate, well equiped, free Wi-Fi and just as pictured with beautiful views. It was quiet and had access to the complex pool. The hosts Paula and Aaron were more than helpful answering any queries quickly. Paula met us at the airport (small but worthwhile charge) and showed us around the area and apartment. Only thing I would be cautious of is that you have limited power included and if you go over you pay. It is cheap enough but we were hardly home, didn't cook and careful with the useage and still managed to go over ( just by EUR9), however I think a family might find themselves with a bill if they weren't careful. This didn't detract from our stay which was wonderful and comes with our sincere recommendation.

A high quality base from which to see a fascinating island.'
The apartment was spacious, maintained to a high quality and gave us everything we needed. Paula was a fantastic host and access to amenities and transport was so easy from the apartment. Thank you.

Excellent apartment in great location
Really excellent apartment. Spacious and has a really great sea view. Has more than one balcony which is great and the main balcony is really big with loungers and a small table for eating breakfast and relaxing at. Really great location right next to the sea and within easy walking distance of shops. Can walk to the edge of st julians which is really pretty and has a lot going on at night. Sliema is lovely, some nice restaurants and bars, and has good links via ferry to other parts of the island. Would recommend a day trip to Comino and the blue lagoon (it is gorgeous) and some time at Golden Bay beach near Mellieha. Also Valetta and Mdina are great day trips if you like to see more historical cites and a more inner city experience. Aaron and Paula were available by phone whenever we needed and were so helpful during our stay. They responded to any queries really quickly and returned our security deposit on the day we left.

Amazing apartment!
Our group of 3 couples (all in our 30's) stayed in this apartment and it was amazing! It is completely modern, loads of room, 3 spacious bedrooms (2 x double and 1 twin (but just push the beds together)), the kitchen has everything you could need. The living room is beautiful and spacious with a big dining table. The living room opens up out on to the huge balcony (which has a table, 6 chairs and 2 lounge chairs) with a breathtaking sea view (Make sure to watch the sunrise! it is incredibly beautiful!) The pool was fantastic too with loads of poolside chairs however the sun is blocked from 2pm or 3pm onwards but this did not bother us as we went sightseeing when that happened. We were also right beside (1 min walk) the point shopping center which was very handy for food and drink and general shopping. My top tips would be only use ecabs (they are the cheapest and most honest taxi's) and go to the Blue Lagoon!

Fabulous, Modern Apartment in great location
Apartment 501 with sea view and 3 very large bedrooms. This was very very spacious and even had two balconies Very modern, new and clean apartment block with great security. Everything you will need for a great stay in Malta. Only a 4-5 minute walk to a very large supermarket and shopping center, perfect for self catering. Good restaurants and bars on the doorstep and a bus route that takes you anywhere on the island. Near to the harbour for boat trips or water taxi too. Really could not fault this apartment. The owners Aaron and Paula were lovely and were very happy to help with anything we needed. Paula picked us up promptly from the airport and again to take us back on our return. My only small negative point is that there were building works going on below, i believe due for completion next October at ground floor level. This did disturb us a little but would not put me off from returning.

Fantastic Apartment!
Apartment was exactly as described - excellent location and fabulous sea views! The owners were extremely helpful and were there to meet us when we arrived. The kitchen is well equipped and we had everything we needed to feel 'at home'!
