The balcony is also furnished with a table and chairs to offer a relaxing dining experience. The main bedroom of the apartment is comprised of a double bed, and an added single bed. A third person can also sleep in this apartment, as there is a third, single bed tucked in a nook just off of the main bedroom. The adjoining bathroom is a good-sized family bathroom, fitted with a bathtub with shower built-in. The apartment comes complete with a/c wall hung units in both the bedroom and the living room. Also WIFI and TV come for free for unlimited usage. This apartment combines all the necessary elements for an enjoyable stay that will not break the bank. It is fitted with modern finishing which breathe new life into the historic element of the townhouse. The location of this apartment makes it ideal for anyone looking to spend a car-free holiday in the hub of all the action – shops are just 5 minutes away, as are restaurants and bars. The bus stops to St Julians and to Valletta are literally just a 5 minute walk away from the apartment, and the ferry to Valletta is situated in close proximity as well. Grocery shops are just round the corner, while a short walk gets you to the Sliema Promenade, where all the hustle and bustle is. The price being paid for the property includes basic utilities we give: - 100KWh- for 1 bedroom apartment - 150KWh- for 2 bedroom apartment - 200KWh- for 3 bedroom/ 4-bedroom apartment - 300KWh- for villas free per week with the apartment which is more than sufficient for a weekly stay. However if the inclusive amount of KWh will be exceed, an extra charged will apply at a rate of 0. 35c per KWh. Other than that there are no other hidden expenses or charges. Cleaning of the property prior the arrival and after departure is included in the price. Any extra cleaning during accommodation will incur extra charges. Two sets of towels per person and one set of linen per bed is also provided by us, then it is up to one's discrepancy to wash them as much often as desired. Long lets also available upon request. Please ask for quote. Please note that the rental price does not include the Environmental Contribution tax, introduced on June 2016 amounting to €0.50c per night up to a maximum of €5 for each continuous stay in the Maltese Islands. This applies for 18-year-old and older.More

Excellent modern kiitchen/diner/lounge/air-conditioning in main and bedroom Bed broke on first night but repaired promptly the new day. Bed and Bathroom were tired and below standard
