Upstairs there is a large terrace with fantastic open views over Alicante. Outside, there is a 10m x 4m private swimming pool with Roman steps, outside shower, reclining sun loungers, table and chairs, BBQ, front covered terrace. The property also has air conditioning in all bedrooms, and lounge/diner, security grills, wifi, off road parking. Great location, within 5 minutes walking distance of bars, restaurants, and supermarket.

Situated on Gran Alacant, 10 minutes south of Alicante airport, but no aircraft noise!! Walking distance to bars restauarants and shops, 5 mins drive to beach.We have been rented properties on Gran Alacant for 10 years, so while this property is new Holiday Lettings, we are not! We will be here to meet you, and help with anything you need during your holiday.
Additional costs charged locally, Electric is an additional charge of 0.22 pence per unit, this is to discourage the air-con being left on all the time. The management company will take the electric readings before and after the holiday. We encourage holidaymakers to also take their own readings to avoid any discrepancies. This will be taken from your deposit after your departure from the villa. Electricity is charged at 0.22€ per KW used, Security Bond 200 euros, refunded after departure check

Villa Carmen was lovely, perfect location for both the local square and the commercial centre which have plenty of shops and restaurants.
The kitchen was well kitted out with everything you need and all bedrooms and 3 bathrooms were lovely. I really liked the owners African inspired art which really gives the Villa a unique feel.
We chose the villa as both my husband’s parents are blind and having one of the bedrooms and bathrooms on the same level as the living spaces and front and back terrace was perfect. There are also only 6 steps with a handrail down to the pool area and the pool is well set up so that there aren’t any trip hazards and the pool has a large lip so you can’t accidentally end up in it!
The views of the mountains from the upper terrace are stunning and the outside areas are not overlooked by neighbouring properties which is nice.
We will definitely be back!

Greaat Villa
Fabulous location, Villa spotless and contained all anyone could need. Only slight downside was the amount of sunbeds {4} for a family of seven but the lack was immediately explained by Tracey. Used the road train which stops down the road and saw all of Gran Alican for only 4 Euro - bargain. Will, more than defiantly, return next year. Thank you Tracey for your attention when needed

Beautiful Villa & Great location
Spent 3 nights with 3 girlfriends at this beautiful villa. Arranged a lift with Tracy and was only 10 mins from airport. Location was perfect as didn’t want to hire a car for our stay. Found some lovely restaurants and bars nearby and supermarket was also only a couple of minutes walk away. Villa was very clean and spacious and the en suite bedroom was particularly nice. Tracey very kindly drove to a pharmacy for us as well which was really helpful. Can’t fault the villa and would love to go back.

Lovely Villa
Excellent modernised villa in the very best location possible.
2 mins to supermarket and local bars/restaurants and 5 mins from larger commercial centre with buses etc
Having stayed in lower Gran Alacant for the past 7 years this is best villa we have rented ... highly recommended xx

Fabulous villa for family or friends
Derek met us at the airport as we had arranged transfers, and within 10 minutes we had arrived at the villa. Derek then showed us where the nearest supermarket, cash machine and bar was (2 min walk away). More bars, restaurants and large supermarket located 5 mins walk away. The villa itself was superbly equipped with everything that we could possibly need as a group of 8 friends celebrating birthdays. Plenty of space to sit outside on the terraces or around the pool. You can get the road train (stops round the corner) which will take you to the beach and around the resort. Overall fabulous villa, close to the airport and friendly and welcoming owners.

Brilliant villa in a brilliant location
Very spacious villa with everything you need for a self catering holiday.
Tracey was on site within moments of our arrival to see us in even though we arrived very late in the day. Clean, quiet, great pool and only 15 mins drive from the airport and 5 mins from Santa Pola.
Main shopping center is within walking distance with bars, shops and a couple of supermarkets. Loved it.

Amazing!!
De villa is volledig vernieuwd en gemoderniseerd!!. Nieuwe badkamers en ook het interieur is volledig vernieuwd. De bovenverdieping is uitgebouwd met 2 nieuwe slaapkamers en fantastisch uitzicht vanaf alle boventerrassen van de woning.
Ligt vlak bij alle voorzieningen, winkels, grote supermarkten etc, maar toch heel veel privacy. De woning is heel goed uitgerust en heel ruim ingedeeld, waardoor je ook in de woning, als je met meerdere mensen bent, je eigen plekje kan creëren.
Was hier met vrienden voor een lang weekend en hebben heel erg genoten.
Service van Derek en Tracey was geweldig.

Great place for families
Brilliant villa , very well equipped and comfortable also spacious . The outside area was great plenty of space and a big pool !!! Supermarkets within a few minutes walk . Quite a few bars and and places to eat very close by . Bus stops close by . Santa Pola has to very nice sea food places along the harbour area and the market is good . My daughter and her family also really enjoyed the zoo at Santa Pola . Brilliant place for a nice relaxing break and would recommend the villa to anyone !!!!!

A perfect place to chill but if you want to do more you will need a car.
The villa was amazing, really well equipped with all the comforts of home.Tracy and Derek were fantastic, especially before we arrived - taking all the hassle out of the airport and transfers! Grand Alicant was lovely with shops and restaurants within easy walking distance- we would particularly recommend The Belfry for a fabby evening out. We would happily have lounged around the pool and stayed local but with three teenagers in tow we hired a car to seek out a water park and more to do. A great holiday, I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a break from the hustle and bustle of life!

Excellent!!!!
This is the second year we have stayed at Villa Carmen. We absolutely loved it both times. The villa is spacious and clean and has everything you need, shops and restaurants within walking distance. We used both the tourist train and local bus to visit the beach and other and Santa Pola.. What makes the stay perfect is Tracey and Derrick, they could not be more helpful if they tried, my sister is pregnant and we knew if we or she needed anything we could just call or text, they are so friendly and helpful.

Gran Alacant is a purpose-built residential resort ideal for families or those wanting a relaxing and enjoyable break. It is located 15 kilometres south of Alicante City on the Costa Blanca and just 10 minutes drive from Alicante International Airport (no noise!). Gran Alacant is situated in between Alicante and Santa Pola a typical Spanish old style seaside town.The properties nearest shops are at Gran Alacant´s Commercial Centre, which provides all local amenities including a good selection of bars, restaurants and supermarkets. From here, you can take the bus or tourist road train to the award winning beach.Gran Alacant is fortunate to have the fantastic Blue Flag Carabasi beach on it´s doorstep with beautiful, open and unspoilt boasting fine sands and calming sea ideal for all the family. We´re also lucky as the beach is positioned alongside the backdrop of the Carabassà Sierra, an ecological protection area. The beach is just 5 minutes drive from the property or 20 minute walk.
