NEW TO THE HOLIDAY RENTAL MARKET FROM MAY 2017.This lovely Spanish style 3 bedroom townhouse has two floors.The ground floor comprises of open plan living room with dining area, kitchen with utility room with washing machine,2 double size bedrooms,one having 2 single beds and the other a king size,both bedrooms have built in wardrobes.There is a family bathroom on this level also.On the first floor there is a very large en suite bedroom with king size bed.Double doors open out onto the large solarium which is a lovely area for sunbathing, dining and drinking.There are balconies to the front and rear of the property and a tiled front garden. We personally meet all our guests on arrival. We are just a phone call away should any guest require any help or information during their stay at the property.There is a €60 linen and end of stay cleaning fee payable on arrival at the property.

Firstly after arriving at the House I was met by Ian and Elaine who were very welcoming and explained what was what and had carefully wrote down places to go to on a little folder to read at our leisure.They brought us to the pool nearby and left us their telephone number if needed and left us to enjoy our holiday.

The House is a Townhouse with no one above you or below you and excellent neighbors who live their year round. It is Clean and Cosy and has Air-con in all rooms.
Their is a nice small balcony just off the living room and a large Private balcony upstairs from the master bedroom which has its own en-suite.
Its a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom and faces a really quiet road that overlooks the Villa Martin Golf Course.
We went as a Family of 5 and lived at the larger of the 2 pools and ate well at one of the many fine Restaurants approx a mile away. There is also a large supermarket half a mile away for all you need.
If your looking for a decent priced Family...

About the neighbourhood
This property is set on the beautiful area of Verdemar 3, which was built in the traditional Spanish style and the area resembles a small whitewashed village. Villamartin golf course is next to the small urbanisation and Campoamor golf resort and Las Ramblas golf resort are a 5 min walk away. Shops, banks , bars and restaurants are all a 5 min walk. We have an excellent shopping boulevard with 150 shops, bars, restaurants, bowling alley and casino a 5 min drive away. Bus stops are close by and taxis are plentiful and reasonably priced.
Getting around
Bicycles are available for hire locally and there are bicycle lanes running parallel to the canal. Buses are frequent to the beach and the shopping mall. Car hire is also available locally at very competitive prices.

Airport: Alicante: 55.0 km
Railway: Orihuela: 20.0 km
The property is located 55 kms from Alicante airport. An easy drive via the AP7 motorway or the N332.Full directions will be given prior to arrival if needed. For guests flying into Murcia airport the journey will take 25 minutes again via the AP7 motorway and the N332 and again directions will be supplied if required. We can arrange transport from either airport for guests not wishing to hire a car.
