The nearest beach is just 500m from the house, which is known for its naturalness and un-spoiled nature, with little tourism. Up to 7min away you can also find the typical tourist beaches with hammocks, bars, restaurants, water sports and entertainment for young and old.
The villa is surrounded by the beautiful beach of Nea Erasmio and the Regional Park of the Nestos River Delta which is home to more than 300 bird species and a large number of mam-mals established in order to safeguard the native flora and fauna of this area.
The main entrance leads to the spacious air conditioned living, dinning area and open plan kitchen that is more than adequately equipped with all appliances and kitchenware. Directly in front of the kitchen is deck area with dinning furniture, a modern BBQ and of course a large sun umbrella, to created shade on sunny days, where you can enjoy and relax together.
Two dining areas - one in the kitchen and one at the stone patio - are suitable for up to 8 guests.
Lovely living room offers cosy relax evenings with large-screen Smart TV, 3D player and a ste-reo with our over 100 DVDs collection.
Hellios Alexandros has 3 air conditioned bedrooms with private En suite bathrooms:
Bedroom 1 is air conditioned with King size bed. If an additional bed is required there is 1 fold-ing sofa bed. En suite bathroom.
Bedroom 2 is air conditioned with a double bed. En suite bathroom.
Bedroom 3 is air conditioned with a double bed. Cot bed is available as well. En suite bath-room.
Guests can relax in perfect peace and in the middle of the beautiful nature!
We have booked the villa for our Easter holiday and had a week stay there. The house is very clean, comfortable and relaxing. Standard of everything is excellent and there are a lots of extras included. Family friendly and we had a great experience from the first step until we have to leave the house. All bedrooms have their own bathrooms which is amazing. The kitchen is very well equipped and you can prepare your own delicious cook. At the spacious garden and Playroom you can spend a fun time together with a lot of activities and games which you can find there.
And the sea with its sandy beaches is shallow which make them suitable for kids.
All in all an excellent place to stay and I am sure we will back another time.

Wonderful holiday
The house is based in exclusively peaceful area where you can have your dream holiday. The beautiful beaches are just 5min away from the house. It has a huge garden where our kids had joyful and freedom time each other. The fence and the security gate of the house gave us the additional peace of mind. You can find everything you need for your perfect stay and dining room was enough for 8 of us to feel comfortable. Each bedroom had en-suite bathroom which was advantage to be ready on time for our out & about. Clean and well maintained house. Would recommend for people looking for paradise holiday! :)

Lovely place near the beach
Very quiet and wonderful place. The house has a lovely interior, brand new furniture and appliances, there is a huge yard, the beach is very close. 🔝👍

Excellent Peaceful Beach House!
Thank you for memorable time I spent with my partner. The house was beautiful and with particular attention to all the details for the best comfort. it is big enough to accommodate 8 people in luxury stay!
The beach is just 10min walking distance and I wish to come back very soon in the summer.
We loved to be here, what a great space!
