Completely private, nicely furnished and decorated in a modern way 2 bedroom flat on the first floor, with a balcony and a sea view. Only 5 minutes walk from Amoudara beach, the most popular organised sandy beach in Heraklion city, so there is no need for transportation to go to the beach. It is only 15 minutes by bus or car from the vibrant city centre. is a self catering accommodation with fully equipped kitchen, with an oven and a washing machine. Your room will be cleaned for your arrival with fresh bedding and towels. This is a non smoking house. Smoking is allowed at the balcony or at the back veranda. I try to welcome my guests on arrival ,to show them around and give useful info and tips about the neighbourhood and the island. Smoking is allowed in the front veranda and the balcony facing the sea but not inside the apartment. Wash your feet the sand at a shower at the beach or use the hose that is in the main entrance - not in the apartment shower. Do not take the bath towels to the beach -they are not mend to be used at the beach -use your own beach towels. Don't throw the toilet paper inside the toilet basin -throw it in the small rubbish basket. Remember to switch off the air-condition, appliances when you go out

Perfect location of the apartment

The apartment is conveniently located near the beach of Amoudara,walking distance 5mn. Bakery, grocery store are also nearby which makes it easy. Heraklion is 4.5km by car which it makes perfect for enjoying the night life and attractions of the city. Family-friendly bright condo all...More

The Neighbourhood is family friendly, safe and quiet. There are a lot of bars, Clubs and restaurants at Amoudara area, not in the neighbourhood but within walking distance from the apartment, for every taste, where you can spend your time out. At the same time, the vibrant city centre is just 15 minutes away by bus or car. The centre is busy 7 days a week with great shops, restaurants, local taverns and cocktail bars for everyone. We will be glad to help you with tips and advice. If you like walking, the new pedestrian coastal street is not far from our neighbourhood, it is really worth doing, and we suggest going all the way to the old Venetian port and the Castle Koule.
