Amazing villa
We had a wonderful stay in the Diktamon Villa, there was plenty of room to relax and the amenities (pool, snooker, AC) were great. Its a short drive to the beach and a city of Heraklion, and a great place to explore Crete. Everything was spotless. It has everything you need and even more! The view cannot be beaten.
Fantastic from start to finish, a wonderful hosts, an absolutely stunning villa and would return at the drop of a hat!
The photos do not do the villa full justice.
An unforgettable trip. Plenty to see and do. Beautiful villages, the town, the beaches , the mountains and the archaeological sights. Thank you Vasilios and Magdalena so much, we will definitely come back again!!! xxx

“Perfect villa for family holiday “
We have stayed one week in this modern and amazing villa.
The reality is even better then the photos.
The villa is very well equipped with everything you may need during your stay.
You will enjoy complete privacy as it is located at the big private field surrounded by olive trees.
We loved the pool and the brand new bbq area that was a really nice surprise as we didn’t see it at the photos.
Every morning we had our coffee next to the pool enjoying the silence at the very tranquil environment.
We will definitely return here!

Best travel experience
A very tidy and lovely Villa equipped with everything me and my family needed.
Located in a quiet and very beautiful area 15 minutes away from heraklion town centre.
Furthermore, the communication with thw host was very hospitable and thoughtful.
Highly recommended for nature lovers and families.

Wonderful escape
We decided to have a short “escape” and to return to wonderful Crete.
We found this wonderful villa with beautiful landscapes of Crete and we were very glad to have chosen Diktamon Villa for our stay.
Everything was perfect, the hosts were amazing and made us feel like we were at home. This is one more reason that we keep coming to Crete again and again.
The Cretan hospitality is just outstanding and not to be missed by anyone!
We will definitely return!

Athanatoi, which is the nearest village, is a small traditional Cretan village just 12 km from the centre of Heraklion. It offers unique atmosphere of Cretan local life and it is perfect for the tourists who are looking to meet the Cretan culture.
It can also used as a base for those who would like to explore the island because of its position since the main road that connects the north part of the island with the south is just 2.5kms away.

A car is necessary for this area, as there is a lot to see. We offer a secure and private parking. The villa is located in the middle of the island of Crete, so it has the best location if you are interesting of visiting either the East or the West.
