Beautiful newly built and fully furbished 4 double bedroom house in village of La Cala de Mijas. Large living room and kitchen with front and back private patio areas. Games room with full size table tennis. 2 singled beds available in bedroom 3.
Fully equipped will all mod cons. A/C, Heating, Wifi, UK , Utility with washer dryer,TV. 5 mins walk on flat to village. 3 mins walk to Aldi supermarket. 2 mins drive to petrol station. Gated community with locked gates for security. 20mins to Malaga airport by car. Local market twice per week 3 mins walk away. Quiet location and ideal for families. No need for car. Large safe swimming pool with smaller pool for toddlers.

Clean and serene A fabulous holiday spot for relaxing and sightseeing! Thoroughly enjoyed it
The house was super clean and well stocked with any thing I could have needed, a real home from home
The location was marvellous, super local eateries on the doorstep and fabulous restaurants and beach just a short walk into the town
Hosts were super friendly, organised and obliging a real 10/10 find! I would go back in a heartbeat

Gorgeous 4 bedroom house in classy development
What a beautiful house! Stylish interior, beautifully furnished but comfortable too. Outside there are two lovely outdoor areas with furniture where you can relax or dine. The swimming pool is shared by all the properties but was never very busy so we usually managed to get sun beds by the pool- the property also has its own reclining chairs which you can take to the pool if necessary.
Well equipped with everything we needed for our first holiday with three generations of our family including a 5 month old baby. Even has a table tennis table !!.
Two of the 4 bedrooms have en-suites and there is a third bathroom, and a downstairs toilet.
Great location with places to eat just outside the development and two supermarkets (CarreFour and Aldi) a short walk away. About 15 minutes walk to the centre of La Cala which has lots of nice restaurants and bars. There is a promenade next to the beach with beach bars and restaurants.
I would highly recommend the property- we had a lovely time.
