The Sea House in Granja (15klms from Oporto), que is smack on the sea, with direct access to the beach and spectacular Set in a lovely garden with a big lawn and lots of trees. There is a maritime ramp of 15klms perfect for walking and close to 3 golf courses Miramar (9 holes) twenty minutes by foot, Espinho Golf Course (18 holes) at 5klms and Fojo (9 holes) at 7klms. Public transport is easy and frequent with the station a six minute walk from the house and a 24 minute ride to the center of Oporto. There are good supermarkets at just 10 minutes again by foot or 3 to 4 minutes by car and a large variety of restaurants many of Which offer a take-away service. Two municipal swimming pools are available at 60m with BOTH an indoor and an outdoor pool. Espinho is a 3 minute run by train. The Sea House is near the beach 40 meters from the sea waves. It has a magnificent patio with a pergola where you can read and dine. It has a fantastic garden with lots of trees where you can stroll and relax. The Sea House is on the same property of the Garden House. The most outstanding feature of this property and its unique location. It is located in the dunes to 40mts from the sea. It has direct beach access. It is very close to several golf courses, the municipal swimming pool of the Farm and the train station. You can go to the Port in 20 minutes in very comfortable and frequent trains. It is close to several restaurants and supermarkets. A major attraction is the delicious fresh fish sold in the village next to which is a 7-minute walk away. A 5 min train has Espinho city with the market the 2nd fair best and largest in the country. To the west of the property has a walkway with 20km which can give the most beautiful walks by the sea. Guests have access to a large garden and the courtyard of the house where you can dine. It has a garden and barbecue furniture. During their stay guests can count on my full support. They can still have all the privacy if they wish The Granja is a unique location. It has beautiful independent houses with special architecture. It is a group with great interest. Right next door, 7 min walk, has another village where s inhabitants are dedicated to fishing. There you can find good restaurants, bars, markets, cafes etc. The Sea House is a 5 min walk from the road to rail station. It is 45 minutes from the airport and 20min from Porto in public transport. We are in the Atlantic Ocean. The sea water is sometimes cold which makes its magnificent fish. It is a beach with very iodine and sometimes the sun is very intense and requires a sunscreen with a high protection. As the Sea House is set in a garden with 2 more houses it is important to respect the spaces. Some parts are common but there are private areas of each house. My greatest pleasure is to feel at home.
