Apartment brandly new, used for the first time in January 2017, new building, with elevator, big rooftop terrace on the top of the building with viewpoint overlooking old Lisbon and the river.
Includes high-speed free-WiFi and bathroom amenities. Including bathroom heated floor, heating and air-conditioning on all rooms. Cable TV available.

Great location
We loved being close to the metro and Time out Market. Communication with the owners was excellent. The apartment is quiet and comfortable. With a little more attention to cleaning and detail, it could be a 4 or 5 star property.

Good location
The apartment is in a good location near to Timeout market and the metro.
It is light airy and spacious. However, it sèems somewhat neglected there is a large stained damp patch in the bedroom, the grill in the bathroom is stuck on with tape and there is insufficient lighting for shaving etc and the kitchen equipment is inadequate.
But with a bit attention all these things could be rectified so hopefully they will be.

Clean, comfortable and convenient
We had a wonderful stay at the apartment. It was clean, comfortable and had a very convenient location - close to the train station, good restaurants and Timeout Market. We arrived when the taxi strike started and Amelia advised us how to get from the airport to the apartment by Metro. She also provided other transport options when we left. We just wished there was washer/dryer in the unit. Otherwise, it was perfect. Amelia was quick to respond to any questions we had during our stay.

Luxe, comfortabel en prima gelegen appartement
Prima locatie nabij metro, bus- en treinstation en Time Out Market. Ook centrum is dichtbij. Goede ontvangst en direct contact met eigenaar is mogelijk. Appartement is schoon en voorzien van goede airco. Twee comfortabele eenpersoonsbedden. Eigenaar heeft vooraf veel informatie verstrekt. Tijdens het verblijf heeft hij meerdere keren geinformeerd of alles naar wens was. Al met al een aanrader!

Rymligt, fräscht och bra läge
Bra läge: Nära tunnelbana (Cais do Sodré) från Lisabons flygplats (LIS) och tåg till Cascais och Estoril och därmed bekvämt att ta sig til sevärdheter/museum längs den tåglinjen.
Själva gatan har inte så mycket att erbjuda (kontor och skolor) men blir i gengäld lugn. Några minuters promenad till Time Out Markets restauranger och annat bra utbud av restauranger och barer.
Jättefin lägenhet som är nyrenoverad. Terassen på bildernea är en takterass som är gemensam i huset. Vi var dock de enda där. Enkel möblering men underbar vy där uppifrån. Vi tog som vana att ta ett glas vin på takterassen innan vi gick ut på middag (och såg solen börja gå ner).
Kan verkligen rekommendera att gå en guidning. Fick tips om det från Amelia som välkomnade oss i lägenheten.
Dessutom, lämna högklackat hemma. Lissabon är mysigt att vandra runt i, men det är kuperat. Så på med bekväma skor och stegräknare! Trevlig semester!

Wonderful apartment, great location and outstanding hosts!
This was our first stay in Lisbon. We arrived early (mid-morning) and Amelia was there to meet us. It was so nice to have the apartment ready for us after our overnight flight from the U.S. Amelia was an absolutely fantastic host -- she gave us recommendations on where to go, what to see, and how to get there. She even gave us great advice for our stay in the Azores later in the week. The apartment was spacious and clean, with more than enough room for the three of us. The location was so convenient to the train station, and we just loved the Time Out Market which was just up the street. We would recommend staying at this apartment to anyone visiting Lisbon!

Great location and generous hosts
This apartment is in an excellent location down near Timeout market in Lisbon. It is close to the subway and is very conveniently situated. The hosts are fantastic. They communicated promptly and always kept us informed about how the booking would be arranged. All emails were replied to promptly.
The apartment is very comfortably furnished and was a great place to stay. We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend the hosts for how well they looked after us.

Nice place, conveniently located and fantastic host!
I stayed here for 3 nights with my partner. This is a great apartment for someone looking to experience Lisbon in its true colour, close to major attractions and night life!

A convenient and comfortable stay
The apartment is a great option for tourists. Comfortable, practical has all the things you need for your stay. Its very conveniently located, the property is very close to time out market (2 minutes), chiado (5 minutes), train station (200meters) to visit the beautiful town of cascais.

Amazing location, outstanding apartment
Just left the apartment last weekend and had a wonderful stay. Owners are friendly and always available for any questions. Luxury apartment, brand new, and decorated by an interior designer, very comfortable and clean. I would recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Lisbon and will return for sure next year.
