The living area is stylishly decorated with artistic paintings, burgundy and grey sofas, designer vintage-style lights, and includes remnants of the original structure and character, very tastefully selected and preserved. The two bedrooms have very comfortable double beds, air conditioners, and a timeless simplicity combining two centuries-old wall tiles and quality wooden floors with sumptuous beds and luxury furnishings⭐
There are 2 bathrooms - one with a bathtub, the other has a shower - with high designed bath fixtures. The kitchen is fully equipped and features high-end details✨
The bed sizes are *******cm (master bedroom), 2 beds 80*200cm (second bedroom), and 70x190cm (⚠️not suitable for an adult).

It's a climb up to the third floor but this apartment is worth it. It’s spacious, bright, beautifully finished with two bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. The shower is wonderful.
Olivier was very prompt at answering emails right from the first inquiry. A few small glitches were locked after immediately. The apartment is between the main plaza and the waterfront, easy walking which in Lisbon is hard to find. There are many restaurants in the neighbourhood, several good ones right down the street.
Highly recommended.

FABULOUS
We visited Lisbon for the first time in November, absolutely loved our stay. This apartment is the PERFECT location. We do not rent a car, so access to transportation is important, this location is ideal. Two very comfortable bedrooms, two spacious bathrooms, clean, comfortable and close to everything. Do yourself a favour.....stay here!!!

Very comfortable
The location is perfect. Almost all local attractions from the historical Lisbon are at less than 10 minutes walking. The metro station is only 100 metres from the apartment.
The owner is very nice and helpfully. He gives you all informations you need.
We had a really great time!

Straight Forward
Eine hervorragende Unterkunft für bis zu 4 Personen, Lage und Ausstattung wie beschrieben, absolut zentral und doch ruhig. Tipptopp sauber und auch bzgl. Abwicklung mit Olivier eine sehr angenehme Erfahrung. Da möchte man bald mal wieder hin - nicht nur in die faszinierende Stadt. Einzig zu beachten: Die Lage im 3.OG, ohne Aufzug wie auch ausgeschrieben, ist nichts für Fußkranke oder Asthmatiker....

Cozy apartment in a perfect location
We very much enjoyed our stay in Lisbon at this 2BR, 2BA apartment. Although there is no elevator to reach the 3rd floor, the stairwell is quite wide and it was easy to bring suitcases up. The apartment is charming with 2 BR, a good kitchen, great bathrooms and a nice living area in which to gather. The apartment is within easy walking distance to the Castelo de S. George and to many cafe's and shopping areas. Most of all, Olivier was *very* responsive, extremely organized and helpful. High marks all around.

El apartamento es absolutamente perfecto: bonito, amplio, cómodo, perfectamente equipado y extremadamente limpio. La ubicación es perfecta, en pleno centro y bien comunicado a través del metro y con parking cercano con tarifas interesantes para varios días.
La gestión del apartamento es absolutamente seria y profesional. Tuvimos una pequeña incidencia a la llegada y Olivier estuvo preocupándose de forma proactiva para buscar una solución hasta que se resolvió.
Para repetir, totalmente recomendable.

A pleasant and convenient apartment
Olivier, the owner-manager, is a thoughtful, knowledgable and responsive host. The apartment, which has two modern bathrooms, a large, well-equipped kitchen and comfortable living room, is well placed to all conveniences. I highly recommend this vacation rental.

Luxurious apartment in perfect location
This is an amazing apartment with high-end finishes and perfectly situated in Baixa (rua Augusta, Plaça de Commercio, Rossio train station, Chiado district at our door step). Four of us shared the apartment, so the 2 bathrooms were appreciated! The kitchen is beautiful and we had a lot of fun cooking breakfasts every morning and dinners some days. It was a pleasure to deal with Olivier, the owner. He is professional and always provided information quickly. No regrets and well worth it! Would definitely stay there again.
P.S.: There is a short cut to Chiado (rua Garrett); walk to the corner and enter the store Mango, go to the top floor and exit -- rua Garrett is right there and beautiful. Even though Rua Augusta is very impressive, we preferred the atmosphere on rua Garrett.

Geschmackvoll renovierte und komfortabel eingerichtete Wohnung in zentraler Lage
Wer auch in seiner Unterkunft die Atmosphäre des historischen Lissabons spüren möchte und diese Verbindung mit moderner Ausstattung und geschmackvoller Einrichtung sollte diese Wohnung anmieten. Die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten Lissabons sind von dort gut zu Fuß zu erreichen und für die touristisch Innenstadtlage war es auch in der Nacht überraschend ruhig.
Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt, so dass wir abends auch schon mal zu Hause geblieben sind, um mit den frischen Zutaten vom Markt ein leckeres Abendessen zu kochen und zu genießen. Die Küche ist dafür gut geeignet.
Die Ausstattung insgesamt ließ kaum Wünsche offen, wir hätten uns allerdings für Küche und Bad mehr Geschirr,- bzw. Handtücher gewünscht.
Im Kontakt über Email und Whatsapp war der Vermieter sehr freundlich, kommunikativ und hilfsbereit. Er ist auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen und hat alles reibungslos organisiert.
Insgesamt hat die Unterkunft dazu beigetragen, dass wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen haben.

Superb Apartment with great central, but quite, location
Our stay here turned out to be as good as we had hoped. The apartment has recently undergone a charming and tasteful renovation which has combined traditional features such as the famous Portuguese tiles with all modern conveniences. A great 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom apartment with a full bath for soaking after walking many kilometres around Lisbon, and room to spread out. Very comfortable beds and great kitchen. If we get back to Lisbon will stay there again.
And I should compliment Olivier on his detailed advice both prior to, and during our stay.
