The apartment is set in a family neighborhood in a pleasant and quiet location, 100 meters from the beach and 60 meters from the railway station of S. Pedro do Estoril. The apartment has been totally renovated and it’s located in a 1st floor of a building with no lift but with easy access by large stairs. As you enter a hall gives access to the large and luminous living room with dining area. The dining area has a table and chairs for 6 guests to enjoy your home meals. The living area has a comfortable sofa, an armchair and two puffs as well as a TV LCD with international channels and WI-FI access throughout the house. It has hob and oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, mixer, iron and ironing board. It also has a little kitchen table ideal for breakfast. A hall separates the social and the private area of the three bedrooms. The master bedroom en suite elegantly decorated in tones of black, grey and yellow is furnished with a king size bed, a wardrobe and two bedside tables. The suite has a private bathroom with walk-in shower. Towels, toilet paper, hand gel, shower gel and shampoo will be provided. Along the corridor lies the two twin bedrooms and one bathroom with bathtub and shower. Also available towels, toilet paper, hand gel, shower gel, shampoo and hairdryer. The twin bedrooms have two single beds each and are merrily decorated in cheerful and fun colors. One of the bedrooms has a little balcony. The apartment has heaters and fans for your comfort all year. If you are looking for a very well located apartment with all the facilities and comfort you can get this is the place. Other amenities: There is free wireless Internet throughout the house. The apartment has heaters and fans to make you feel comfortable all year. Bed linen and bath linen are included. Free parking available outside. The train station in São Pedro do Estoril it’s only 60 meters and leads you to Cascais center in 10 minutes and to Lisbon center in 25 minutes. Sintra is only 30 minutes away by car or bus. House’s Rules: The apartment is not proper for disabled or impaired people; No pets are allowed; Smoking is allowed but only on the outdoor area; Loud music or noise not permitted after 10pm; A house manual will be supplied in the apartment and a few instructions and tips will be handled on the check-in date. Check-in – Between 04p.m. and 08pm.; before 04pm only if it´s possible and an extra fee of EUR 30 will be applied; late check-in from 08pm to 12am an extra fee of EUR 30 will be applied; late check-in after 12am an extra fee of EUR 50 will be applied. Check-out – Between 08am and 11am; after 11am only if it´s possible and an extra fee of EUR 30 will be applied; early check-out before 6am an extra fee of EUR 50 will be applied; early check-out from 6am to 8am an extra fee of EUR 30 will be applied. The Cascais City Hall charges 1 € per night of stay for each person from 13 years old with a maximum of 7 € per person. This tax has to be paid in cash on the check-in. Transfer Airport / Apartment: Can be arranged at an extra cost. Baby / Child Extras: Cot and high chair can be provided for an extra fee of EUR 5 per day. Cleaning services: 30€ per booking; Extra cleaning fee of €60 applied for stays up to 4 nights. Fantastic! Perfectly located close to beach and rail station. Beautiful apartment, spotlessly clean and well maintained. Highly recommended. Our host was very friendly and informative, explaining everything we needed to know.

You probably won't get a better location for your trip. A two minute walk to the train which has you in Cascais in less than ten minutes and into Lisbon in just over half an hour. We purcased a Beach Pass train ticket for €12...More
