Above all, responsibility and common sense! ..some tips....Pay attention to the noise after 22h. The noise’s law indicates so; When leaving make sure windows and doors are closed and the equipments or lamps are turned off. You will not want to find surprises when you return;We appeal to moderate consumption of water and electricity. Be environmentally friendly; Don't do parties or events;On the last day, please leave the kitchen clean and collect your garbage. We wish you good moments!!
From the time of booking forward we received excellent service, which included assistance with airport transportation, early check in, and a one day extension of the stay. Our apartment was spacious, with a spectacular ocean view. The location was perfect, allowing us to walk to everything, including the train and bus stations, which made our day trips a breeze. The neighborhood was quiet despite being near “all of the action”. It was a great experience all the way around.

Well Located, Beautiful Views - Needs Major Updating
This apartment is located within minutes of beaches, restaurants and museums. The view of bay from the kitchen is gorgeous. The structure has beautiful crown moldings, a balcony and a working stone fireplace and COULD be a very beautiful apartment if it were maintained and updated.
Except for the washer, the kitchen appliances need updating. The bathroom needs a total makeover. The bedding, sheets and pillows need replacing. One bedroom needs a new bed. The livingroom furniture needs replacing.
João at O QUOTIDIANO - Managing Holidays was very friendly and helpful on our arrival. He addressed our concerns at the condition of the apartment and replaced the dish towels, replaced crusted pots and kitchen utensils. João promptly called the electrician when the outlet to the TV sparked and burned out causing the wall to be hot 2 feet up. While the electrician was there, he replaced the outlets coming out of the walls (exposing the wires) in the bedrooms. At 1800h, João came quickly when I found myself stuck in the lift and the lift's "emergency 24 hour service" did not answer my destress calls. João called the technician and a hour later I was out!
I would highly reccommend João and O QUOTIDIANO - Managing Holidays, but until it is updated, I would not recommend this apartment.

On the one hand... on the other...
Great location. Wonderful view from balcony and kitchen. Comfortable. Some lovely details -- art, large-screen TV. Lots of restaurants and friendly neighborhood grocery nearby. Needs a dishwasher, better stocked kitchen with basics (garbage bags, dish soap). Need instructions about opening doors in flat! Really weird.

Apartamento inmejorable
Muy céntrico , tienes restaurantes y ambiente allí mismo. Centro comercial y Jumbo a 10' andando. Estación de tren a 5' andando.
3 Playas al lado (a 2' y 4' andando)
Apartamento muy acogedor, amplio y muy bien equipado.
Fácil de estacionar en la zona si se va en coche (a pocas calles ya no hay zona azul )
