I stayed there for 4 nights in August. Not the easiest place to find (at least with my gps) so make sure you have in mind the instructions from the owner.
The owner was very nice and helpful providing information about the area and always available if you have any problem (does not live in the area but in Horta 20 a minute drive).
The house is very well maintained and clean. It has a room with a double bed plus a kitchen/living room fully furnished. It comes with the basic food for breakfast but stock up in the supermarket if you want to cook other meals).
It is walking distance from a nice non touristic beach (black sand beach like most in Azores). But it is isolated from other services such as restaurants, supermarkets etc so it makes sense to have a car unless you just want to go to the beach. The car can be parked inside de property (1 or 2 places) or in from of the property (2 places).
