It is well equipped with everything you require for your holiday. Tv with English channels, DVD player, WiFi, air conditioning, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine etc.
Should you wish to venture further than the brand new pool area, then directly from the apartment, in only a few minutes, you can walk to a choice of the best Algarve beaches including the Town Beach, the famous Praia Dona Ana with its towering sandstone cliffs or hop on the mini ferry to the huge expanse of Meia Praia Beach. Should you wish to explore further in just a short drive you can visit Porto de Mos, Burgau or wild surfing beaches on the west coast. Famous for golf, you have a choice of spectacular courses within a few minutes drive of the apartment.

Stayed in Lagos a number of times but this was by far the best location, just a short stroll from the town.
Apartment was well furnished, great large fridge and freezer (such a bonus). We had ample space and utilised the great parking area directly outside for our hire car.
While the apartment was mostly clean, there were a couple of improvements needed, as a little more attention to detail was needed in the main bathroom (sorry but the extractor fan was thick of dust and bathroom floors just needed that extra attention to detail), so found myself cleaning before bathing. This of course in no way affected our stay and we’d return in a heart beat. Thank you to the owners for allowing us to share your lovely home, we had a wonderful time.

Fantastic apartment in a great location!
The apartment itself was beautiful, it was extremely clean and furnished to a high standard with plenty of space. I loved the small balcony to enjoy the morning sun then the large balcony for dining and relaxing in the early evening. The swimming pool and gardens were lovely and never too busy, no sunbed reserving either which was good. Both pools are ideal for families with younger children as neither too deep. The photos don't show it off enough! The location was excellent, just a 5 minute walk to the city wall and an unlimited choice of restaurants within easy walking distance. The owners were really helpful at responding to my questions both before and following the booking. Overall, I would highly recommend this apartment!

Excellent apartment
Very comfortable and well equipped apartment in an excellent location.
Great service from the owner. We've stayed here a number of times and are booked for more visits.

Bright & spacious apartment
The apartment was really spacious and very comfortable and the two balconies were great for enjoying the sunshine at the two ends of the day. Plus the pool was a real bonus!
Unfortunately our hire car got scratched in one of the parking bays outside the apartment, so I would suggest parking in the underground car park.
Apart from that, perhaps the only the towels and bedding could do with an upgrade but I would most definitely recommend this apartment for a comfortable, relaxing stay close to the great restaurants and bars of Lagos.
The owners are also really helpful and respond really quickly to queries.

Lovely Apartment Fabulous Location
We recently had a wonderful time in Lagos at this apartment .The deck has a large table where you can sit out and eat ,there is a nice view and the location is wonderful. Just a couple of minutes walk through the park and past the walls and you are in the old town . There is a good little supermarket just opposite the entrance and an even bigger one around the corner . The apartment is spacious, and has everything you could need. Communication with the owner for us was fabulous , thanks so much for our stay .

Spacious and Secure
Could easily accommodate 4/5 people happily. Very large, smart, modern and comfortable. New pool area is very exclusive and well cared for. Apartment has an amazing dining area inside and out with plenty of seating and for once comfortable, quality beds. The kitchen has every utensil and more you could need, lovely matching crockery and serving dishes. The location was the icing on the cake, walked everywhere with ease. Best place we’ve stayed.

Location location
Property as described very spacious - lounge really big and plenty of storage space in bedrooms - two lovely balconies with one which has sea view. Fantastically located very near to the top of town but a few bars and restaurants if you didn't want to venture out far. Pool area very nice always sun beds available and also a shower room which was very handy. Maria the lady who met us with keys very prompt and pleasant. Would highly recommend and would rebook without hesitation.

Leading travel website Trip Advisor has named Lagos in the western Algarve as one of 15 rising destinations in the world based on feedback from customers. It also received a 2011 Travellers Choice award for its stunning beaches - Meia Preia beach was quoted as a beach for all seasons and the number one attraction to the town.
Lagos marina holds a blue five star award, the highest accolade from the International Marine Certification Institute (IMCI) for a high standard of water quality and attention to the environment.
Lagos was rated highly as a destination for a variety of qualities, including its history, choice of beaches, nightlife, dining and reliable transport system. It is steeped in history and the old town with its quaint narrow cobbled streets, city walls and outdoor restaurants create a lovely ambience. Some of the best sandy beaches in the Algarve are nearby and offers a perfect location for all types of water-sports.
There are plenty of things for the children to do - visit Lagos Zoo, the Zoomarine aquarium, nearby water parks and the Sven-Goran Eriksson Football Academy at Lagos' new 5-star Cascade Development.
For golf enthusiasts the Boa Vista Golf resort is little more than a 5-minute drive from the apartment, whereas the spectacular Onyria Palmares course, which now has 27-holes, is a 10-minute drive. Towards the end of 2011, leading golf magazine, Golf World, published its top 100 in Europe list - and Onyria Palmares is ranked 26 in Continental Europe. Onyria Palmares was the third highest new entrant to the list and was ranked third best golf course in the whole of Portugal.
There are numerous other high-quality golf courses within a 30-minute drive, including Le Meridien Penina Golf & Resort with the Sir Henry Cotton Championship Course which is about 15-minutes away.
There are many other activities available locally including tennis, walking, swimming, bicycle hire, boat trips, windsurfing, kite surfing and jet skiing. The new Algarve International motor racing circuit is 15 mins away. There are several beach bars on nearby Meia Praia beach, restaurants and bars at Lagos Marina and weekly markets in Loule & Portimao.
If you like diving, there is an excellent place to learn to dive with a PADI certificate diving school. Lagos is on the edge of the Costa Vicentina nature reserve and there are some excellent horse riding stables nearby.
Lagos has its own cinema with the latest films shown in English or why not visit the Governor's Castle and Fortress. At night the shops are open late with street entertainers, market stalls and outdoor restaurants.

Lagos is just 50 minutes by car from Faro airport following the A22 motorway, initially following directions for Portimao. Most of the main airlines including the budget carriers such as Ryanair, Easyjet, Aer Lingus, BMI Baby etc fly into Faro. Car hire, whilst not necessary in Lagos, is available at the airports with most of the major companies and and a number of smaller ones represented. Cars can also be hired locally in Lagos. Transfers (shared or dedicated) by taxi or bus is also available from the airport and can be booked in advance. There is also a cheap train / bus connection from Faro City to Lagos.
