With 180 panoramic views from the sea to the mountains behind the Villa, the balcony apartment is truly amazing. With your own private terrace you don't even need to walk the whole 20 metres to the pool, just take two steps out of the bedroom and bask in the Portuguese sun. Surprisingly spacious the balcony apartment has everything you need and is the most light and airy of all the apartments.

The large living room has windows on two sides and French doors to the patio. There is a dining table and two sofas as well as a traditional pine dresser. With the terrace waiting you'll probably not be spending to long inside. The Kitchen has all the amenities and the bathroom has a new shower to cool down after a day walking, by the beach or pool.The Double bedroom though is what makes the apartment so special. My partner and I stayed in the balcony apartment for three nights and enjoyed the quiet garden setting, with abundant birdsong, flowers and citrus trees. Absolutely lovely clean quiet & relaxing Colin the caretaker is on the grounds every day to be of any help you might need would definitely recommend if you want a relaxing break away

Stayed in August 2016 for one week. The apartment itself is bright and spacious for a 1 bedroom apartment. The balcony area is a good size, with great views and is nice to have as an alternative to sitting by the pool. The property was spotlessly clean and also well equipped. The casa and its grounds are beautiful and immaculately...

Additional Rate and Availability Information
The whole Casa Beachcomber can be rented out at a discounted rate. The villa sleeps 18 in beds + 2 extra guest beds and a double sofa bed in Cottage apartment. We provide cot for baby.

Payment Terms and Conditions:
We require £100 deposit per apartment booking and 30% deposit for the whole villa booking. The deposit is fully refundable until 6 weeks before the arrival date in the event of cancellation. A 70% balance of the rental is payable no later than 6 weeks before the arrival date.

We also require £300 cash deposit against damages the whole villa booking. The deposit is payable on guests arrival and returnable on guests departure.

We accept payment by bank transfer or cheque. Bank details will be provided at the time of booking.

Check in time is from 2pm onwards on the day of arrival.
Check out time is at 10am on day of departure.

Lagos is a historic town with castle, churches, squares, sandy beaches and variety restaurants to suit all taste and budget.
Casa Beachcomber is 1km, 5 minute's drive from Palamres, 10 minute's drive from Boa Vista and 15 minute's drive from the famous courses of Parque de Floresta to the west and Penina to the east.
Water sports are available on Meia Praia beach. Frequent boat trips to watch dolphins or go fishing from the marina where there are lively cafes, bars and restaurants. Beach bars dotted along Meia Praia, Praia Dona Ana, Porto de Mos and many more beautiful beaches along the West course of Algarve. Slide and Splash Water park in Lagoa is 25 minute's drive and Zoo Marine in Guie 30 minute's drive from Casa Beachcomber.

The nearest airport is Faro approximately 80km, 55 minute's drive on A22 motorway to Casa Beachcomber. Flights from Gatwick and many major airports in Europe fly directly to Faro. All major car rental companies are located at Faro Airport.
Alternatively, you can travel to Lagos by airport transfer, taxi or train. Lagos train station is 1km, 20 minute's walk from Casa Beachcomber.
