The villa also benefits from a roof terrace, with covered gazebo (May-Sept), a large pool terrace and pool gazebo and formal gardens with private seating areas. A very spacious and comfortable to create a true home from home experience and also benefits from full central heating and log fires and air conditioning in the bedrooms, making it a truly all year round destination.

Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 and 2, and 5 have double beds, and bedrooms 3, and 4 have twin beds. All rooms have air conditioning, en-suite, wardrobes, hairdryer, radio alarm clock / I-pod docking station (with plenty of hangers), and access to a shared roof terrace. Egyptian cotton bedding adds a touch of luxury to your stay.

The villa is located in the rural village of Peral and is 4-5 miles to the town of Sao Bras de Alportel, approx 5 minute drive.

The towns of Estoi and Olhao are approximately 15 minutes away providing a range of facilities for tourists and locals alike with a wide range of restaurants and bars. Within a 20 minute drive you could be in Faro or Tavira.

Faro airport is the nearest airport to the Villa, with a transfer time by car or taxi of around 20 minutes (we supply full route plans in advance of your stay). Faro is well served with daily flights from a number of UK airports and is efficient and quick to get in and out of.
