Beautiful residential house on the exclusive private Golfemar complex for rental all year round.
The house has three stories, with 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (one en suite with shower, one adjacent to bedroom with shower), lounge, dining room, bedroom terrace, balcony and roof terrace. Fully fitted kitchen. Flat screen TV and High speed broadband internet via Wi-Fi.
Two double bedrooms onto private garden and beautifully maintained residential pool (with children's pool) one minute walk away.
No passing traffic but only five minutes drive from Carvoeiro centre and supermarkets. Perfect for a family holiday or golf. The property overlooks the 4th tee of the golf course.

lovely location
lovely location relaxing and beautiful views.pool and outside areas excellent. house had good equipment and faclities although, expected bath. lounge furniture could do be upgraded. overall very good experience.

Thank you for your review. I do apologise that we did not realise that you expected a bath in the villa. It is not something we advertise and had we known, we would have let you know prior to your stay that we only have showers.

Just back from a wonderful stay in this 'home away from home' in Portugal. The villa is well appointed and well maintained. The owners are extremely helpful and even had super stair gates put up to stop our 2 year old wandering. The area is very quiet, and as previous reviewers have mentioned the pool area is never busy. We had a great 10 days so thank you Mike and Ulf!

Excellent and quiet

Standard of furnishing and cleanliness were good
We enjoyed three weeks in this villa during late January / early February. The weather was 16c - 18c in the shade with blue skies most days. Only one day with a rain storm. Rain on some other days soon passed over. The villa was very clean and well equipped. Whilst it was cold at nights we used the log burner most nights and were comfortable. The air con in the bedrooms provided adequate heating. The villa is located in a small development overlooking the par three nine hole golf course and in particular the fourth tee. Our Labrador soon got accustomed to the sound of golfers (not many) and was not disturbing for us. The Owner and the local rep dealt with our enquiries quickly and efficiently. A car is necessary to get into Carvoeiro. We would return again.

Perfect Holiday
This villa was an absolute find. It is perfect! On arrival our kids couldn't believe that it was our holiday accommodation.
Where do we start? Well the villa and the surroundings are lovely; you have parking next to the villa. The area and golf course are very picturesque. On entering the very secure villa, you are greeted by a very well maintained property; it looks brand new. A lovely lounge, dining area, huge terrace, ample kitchen and cloakroom. Stairs up to the roof terrace, stairs down to 2 bedrooms, one with ensuite and a family bathroom. Both bedrooms open onto the garden. I cannot express how lovely this property is.
Not only is the property gorgeous, but it is luxury too. A built in music system , so you can play and control your iPod throughout every room. We had our iPad and laptop with us, so Deezer streamed endless music for the Entire holiday. There is also a huge TV, DVD and satellite receiver, air conditioning, BBQ, safe and well equipped kitchen. The dishwasher makes life easy and the washing machine is ideal.
The shared pool is wonderful. It's huge, rarely busy, spotlessly clean and set in amazing gardens. The owners have sun beds for your use too.
Finally, the owner and property manager are superb and determined to make your stay perfect. A bottle of wine greets you on arrival along with a tour of the villa and it's facilities. We only had one minor issue during our stay (the washing machine broke down), but this was dealt with quickly and efficiently.
The location is perfect to explore the local area. There are bars and a shop within 10 minutes nice stroll and Carvoeiro is just 10 mins drive.

Far from the madding crowd
We booked this villa at the start of this year and had been anticipating our stay, hoping for tranquility and space to unwind and relax.
I'm delighted to report this villa supplied all of these so much so that I really don't want to go home (yes we are still in the villa).
It is well located for the access roads to various towns around the area as well as a lot of variety in eating places. We did hire a rental car so we can get around easily.
Neither of us play golf, but it is on the 4th tee and therefore provides some entertainment watching folks play the hole. Golf players are a pretty quiet bunch so peace and quiet is blissful. Often the only sound is wind through the trees and bird song.
I have slept well, relaxed and really enjoyed my time here and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this villa.

Absolutely wonderful and we could not have wished for a better place to enjoy our 1st visit to Portugal.
Having travelled to various other places along the coastline in our opinion Carvoeiro was the most picturesque and a perfect base for exploring. Combined with the high quality accommodation we all have had the best time possible at No.73.
The pool area is lovely and just a 2 minute walk from the Villa, it was quiet too.
Guess everyone was too busy golfing?
We had WiFi , we had a spectacular roof top terrace with equally spectacular views over the 4th Tee of the golf course and far beyond to the lighthouse/sea, we had air-conditioning in the bedrooms, we had a set of golf clubs, we had a audio system in every room including bathrooms - iPads linked to the system.
The guy that looks after the property on behalf of the UK owners, is brilliant.
I locked myself and family out one evening and he came to the rescue, he saved my marriage, divorce was pending at the thought of a night sleeping in the car. He meet up with us late on arrival night and drove us to the Villa nothing was too much trouble for him he made our stay most enjoyable.
Honestly both Mike (owner) and Ulf have been fantastic and I would recommend the Villa to anyone. Only regret was two weeks was just not long enough.

If you want a villa in Carvoiero this one is a must.
Great villa in a superb location if you are looking for peace and quiet,or a game of golf it is right on the door step, or chill out at the pool, or if you wish you could top up your tan on the roof terrace. This villa has it all,and more (i'll be back)

Fantastic accommodation, wonderful local town, definitely coming back.
Easy to book. Owner bought specifics such as stair gates, travel cot, highchair and provided a box of toys just because I asked if they were provided! So easy. We were met on a main road by management agent who we then followed to the villa to make it easy for us which was greatly appreciated as it was late & dark. Very happy when we got there. Villa was spotlessly clean, exceptionally spacious and well catered for. Everything was as you'd need. (Maybe moving the drawer full of sharp knives from a bottom drawer might have been a bit more cautious as I have two young children). Pool was 20 seconds walk away, great size, great area. Parking right next to the house. Added shutters for security if you wanted them including a safe. Great recommendations for places to eat and to visit from Ulf (agent). Bedrooms were very big with plenty of space for a travel cot. Loved having two bathrooms on the bedroom floor and another wc on living level. Air con in the bedrooms was fab! The lighthouse restaurant within walking distance offered great service, small playpark, elegant views over the ocean and lighthouse but more importantly lovely food. Considering rebooking asap for next year. If you're into golf, its right on the course. Very peaceful location. Big thumbs up!! :)))

A lovely retreat to the sun
This villa has it all for the price. Located in Vale de Milho overlooking 4th tee of golfcourse with same name and within 5 mins drive of Gramacho championship course and several others also nearby. The owners are very meticulous and go out of their way to ensure your passage is a trouble free one. The villa is immaculate and well provided for including BBQ and golf clubs. Less than 10 mins walk to nearest beach,there are so many beautiful beaches to see. all a short distance away'including carvoeiro. 5 mins drive to Aldi supermarket. Portimao 15 mins drive, has one of the finest fish markets we have ever seen together with vegetable and meat market and many other produce at very keen prices indeed. Lagos is a town close by which is very reasonable for wining and dining out. There are water parks for children and other entertainment areas. There is just so much to do and explore. This has been one of our best holidays to date. People are friendly and some of the best food on the planet. A well sited property. Thank you. Jim and Ginny

We fell in love with the villa as it really is in a super spot and feels like new - the previous owner spent very little time staying there.
