Villa
Casa das Pegadas is a lovely, well presented three bedroom single storey villa with air conditioning, private swimming pool with outdoor shower area. There is a large terraced area surrounding the pool, which is well equipped with patio furniture and sunbeds. There is a pergola with patio table offering shade in those hot summer days. The villa also has a roof terrace with sea views. The villa offers free Wi-Fi.
The accommodation comprises of a well furnished lounge/dining area with sliding double patio doors leading to the front terrace and large front landscaped garden. The villa has a fully equipped modern kitchen with all the normal appliances - washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, hob & oven.

Brilliant Villa
This is our third visit to the same villa - we love it... especially having our own pool...
The Villa ia always perfect, Exactly as described, clean & Spacious....
Walking distance to local town of Carvoeiro where there are fantastic restaurants, taxis are also easy to find. The Beach is amazing...

Great value !
The villa is situated a 10-15 minute scenic walk from Carvoeiro centre, supermarkets are a 10 minute drive away. You have a choice of bars and restaurants a walk or a short drive away.
When my son had an accident, we found the Doctors were a 5 minute drive and the pharmacy 10 minutes away in Carvoeiro.
An added plus is the Quinta do Paraiso facilities which include a mini market, cafe, 2 restaurants and 3 pools, one for children.
The villa itself has everything you need inside and out and when we had one or two problems they were dealt with quickly by Kevin the property manager.
We enjoyed our stay at this villa and found it very well situated for everything we needed, the kids(teenagers) ejoyed it too, especially one who did the cliff jumping into the sea, from the boardwalk from Carvoeiro.
