Villa Oura Beach has a beautiful Mediterranean-influenced architecture, and has air conditioning in all bedrooms and lounge ( living - dining room).
It is very spacious with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, american kitchen and a very spacious lounge with dining and sitting area with seating for 12 people . This beautiful and spacious detached one storey villa it is set in a private gated mature garden. It is a top quality holiday accommodation where comfortably sleeps up to 12 people in two en-suite bedrooms with a double bed and a single bed each, two bedrooms with two twin beds each, and one bedroom with two beds that although it may be used by two adults was specially designed for children. All we could have wanted
Just returned from an excellent week at Villa Oura Beach. The villa itself had just been upgraded and it has been done perfectly. The owner/management team are rightly proud of it. Location wise you can't get better - close to the strip yet set on a quiet one way street so still very peaceful. If going further afield, the tourist train stop is right at the end of the road with taxis a plenty in close proximity as well. Best food we had during the week was the Bombay Palace on the main road off the top of the strip (pretty much directly behind the villa but on the main road). All in all, great week was had by all.

Fantastic Weekend Away
Fantastic villa and great location wished we had stayed longer. 9 ladies travelling for my 40th birthday had the time of our lives. Thank you for helping with transfers as these were really good too. The location is close to the strip but not that you would know as once inside no noise disruption at all.

great villa at a great location
the villa is clean & good looking (just as in the pictures). The outdoor space is fantastic, you'll spend all your time out there ! And then the location: 100 meters from the party street yet in calm street where you hear nothing of outside agitation.

LOVELY VILLA IN GREAT LOCATION
Just returned from an excellent stay at Villa Oura Beach. Beautiful villa with great facilities. Pool and outdoor space fantastic. Brilliant location close to the strip but on a quiet street so no noise. Tourist train stop at top of street and taxi rank a few minutes walk away so getting into the old town not a problem. Owners couldn't have been more helpful right from the booking stage all queries answered quickly and nothing a problem. It was our first time staying in a private villa and we will definitely be doing it again.

Ideal Location
On arrival, grounds secluded, ideal for our young children. Villa was spacious, ideal location. Needs slight repairs and was quite damp in the bedrooms but this may be due to the previous winter months where it wasn't occupied. Pool isn't heated, which we knew about, this didn't bother the children but it bothered the adults. The owners were fantastic from start to finish. We enjoyed the stay and the little cosmetic repairs would never put us off. Location is about 100 yards from the strip and about 20 minute walk to the beach. Plenty of bars and restaurant around the villa 😎 Walked into the Old town on several occasions as a little quieter with nice restaurants 😎

Fantastic!
Great villa with everything you could need for a break. Pool clean, outside area superb (BBQ etc) and a stones throw from the main area without any noise. 5 minute walk from a supermarket, 20 minutes from the beach, 5 minutes from the strip - couldn't be any better placed. Would absolutely recommend this to anyone going to the area.

Fab Villa!
Had a lovely few days at Villa Oura! The villa is spacious, the pool and outside area is lovely! This is located a minute walk from the top of the strip, there are plenty of shops / bars / restaurants around. There is a train at the top of the road or plenty of taxis that can take you into the old town / to the beach. We had no issues with noise and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Hen party
Location of villa was amazing really close to strip but also quiet and out of the way, shops very close. Apartment was in good condition and although pool wasn't heated it was well needed as weather was amazing, loads of lounges and a huge BBQ area. Would highly recommend and if going with a big party of any age

Fantastic Break
We hired the villa first weekend in October, 9 ladies celebrating 50 th Birthdays. The villa is in a fantastic location, right by the strip but far away you don’t here any noise. The outside space in the villa is amazing, you get the sun from sunrise to sunset, the pool is a great size, and there is great outdoor seating which was perfect for lunch and night time drinks before we went partying. The inside of the villa is a great size, it’s a little outdated but clean, it wasn’t a problem to us at all. A huge benefit is it was really secure with a safe in one of the bedrooms. We were extremely lucky with the weather, not a cloud in the sky whilst we there and temperatures of mid 20’s. We have been recommending the villa to everyone and are hoping to come back again next year. It beats getting apartments if there is a big group, and Albufeira is a fantastic place to go, so much fun and so cheap. Just loved it.

An Enjoyable Experience
A lovely villa with a great location, clean and tidy with ample room for activities. Pool is conveniently placed. My personal experience was downgraded due to me contracting a poorly tummy meaning for 3/4 days the bathroom was pushed right to its limit. Owners are sound and I would return again

Villa Oura Beach it is situated in Praia da Oura, at 400 meters from the beatiful Oura Beach and at 100 meters from the Strip. <BR>Car is not necessary, you have every thing at a short walk: supermarkets, shops, restaurants, coffe shops, bars and night clubs.<BR><BR>OURA BEACH: Albufeira has been graced with some of the most stunning beaches in the world. A magnificent natural heritage that has been impressively preserved and maintained. His fine sand is gently touched by the crystal clear and warm ocean water that captivates bathers from all over the World<BR>Oura beach is an extensive stretch of sand split down the middle by rocks. Its a magnficent beach with golden sands and cristal water.<BR>Access is by road and the beach has a parking area and a multi-storey car park, as well as good infrastructure and amenities. It has a recreational area with several facilities and is ideal for water sports. Services available in the recreational area: pedal boats, jet skiing, water skiing, shark rides, parasailing and sailing. <BR><BR>THE STRIP: The area, three kilometres west of Albufeira city center, is an area known as The Strip. <BR>It is quiet during low season and very busy in the high season, and there you will find many shops, cafés, restaurants, bars and night clubs. <BR>Day time is relatively quiet with many bars doubling up as cafes and restaurants serving typical english breakfasts. There are also many pubs offering happy hours drinking sessions. It bursts into life at night with tourists and locals mingling happily with stag and hen parties and groups of youngsters. It is a great place if you are into the party scene, great music, good food, tasty cocktails and crazy nights. Many bartenders turn the cocktail making process into the pure art! It is worth just to come here and watch them.<BR>The área has lots of bar/clubs with good music to dance the night away, much fun, good tunes, great atmosphere and wkd people. Some places don't closed till 6 or even 7 am. Very safe feeling with plenty of police wondering around. Polic patrol are pretty visible along the strip. <BR>

Flying to the International Faro Airport is the easy way to travel to the Algarve. Faro airport is at an easy 45km (30 minutes by car) and the A22 connects direct Faro and Albufeira. The Old Town House is at 5 minutes by car from the A22 exit to Albufeira <BR> <BR>In the airport you can hire a car, get a taxi , or a airport transfer.
