Un hôte et une maison d'exception
Carlos vous reçoit dans un lieu qui nous a transporté de part son authenticité et sa simplicité.
Le jardin avec son citronnier et ses orangers est un réel plus. Tout était parfait merci encore à Carlos pour sa gentillesse et son Acceuil

La douceur du jasmin et l'ivresse du galant de nui
Nous sommes très heureux de notre choix. Cette maison a une âme et un charme fou! Une ancienne ferme construite à deux pas de la mer, de l'une des plus belles plages d'Albufeira, Pescadores beach.
Confort simple dans une demeure authentique, propreté impeccable.
Nous avons passé de très agréables moments dans son grand jardin insoupconné.
De longues soirées bercés par la douceur des jasmins et par l'odeur ennivrante du galant de nuit.
Merci à Carlos pour son accueil, sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité.
Nous recommandons vivement cette maison chaleureuse et Albufeira de son vrai nom Al-Boubouheira car les maures sont passés par là.
Vous êtes au centre très animé mais au calme!
L'endroit idéal.
Petite remarque à Carlos concernant
la douche. La paroie ne protège pas l'extérieur. L'eau passe à
travers.
Merci Carlos pour tout. Nous y retournerons volontier!

Super House - Great location
This house is a real jewel in a fantastic location. All rooms are airy, and stylish with lots of room. Carlos was a very helpful and accommodating host.

Awesome location, interesting house
We loved staying here. Great location to the beach and old town. The house is very unique and nice to stay in. We loved the large courtyard. It was a little noisy at night and we had to keep the windows open for the fresh air. Carlos communicated well with us and everything was easy.

Big charming house, wonderful location for the sea and the center of the old city
Carlos is very nice and answers any of your questions, thank you Carlos!
The house is nice, the rooms and the courtyard are big! Maybe two more chairs outside would be nice when friends come and have a drink.
The house is not hot at night, you only have to follow Carlos advice to refresh the house and it is fine. You can hear some noise sometimes from people in the street at night but very seldom. The location is very convenient, the place is quite though two/five minutes from the center and the same to be along the beach or swimming in the sea!
You have lots of restaurants and you can also buy any food you want with a five minutes walk. You can split easily between those who want to dance and drink, those who want to rest at the seaor at the house without even using your car, at least not everyday (you have plenty of beaches and you can do some by foot).
We had a pleasant holiday with family and friends.

Rustic, Spacious Villa close to the Old Town
We stayed here at the end of August with my 9 and 17 year old. It has everything you could need for a family. 4 bedrooms with ample space for a group of 6 or 7. The interior is spotless with old varnished floorboards throughout joined by period tiles and stone staircase. The best thing in my opinion is the garden at the rear of the property. This is a real oasis and was a lovely place to have breakfast or an evening drink
Although I would recommend this property I have to point out one negative which is the noise from holiday revellers at night. While it is located away from the hustle and bustle it is still on a main route to the Old Town and Beach. The bedrooms at the back of the property are not affected as badly as the front rooms. It wouldn't be a problem off-season I would suggest.
Carlos is a very courteous host, made us feel welcome straight away and was helpful with places of interest and could always be contacted if need be.

Excelente estadia
Todo perfecto, gran anfitrion. Espectacular casa para vacacionar. Buena ubicacion. Muy amplio, recontra equipado. Falta aire acondicionado o ventilador pero por la noche con la brisa se puede dormir perfectamente.

Génial
Maison idéalement située, à la fois proche de la plage et du centre ville tout en étant très au calme. Décoration atypique mélangeant objet d'époque et meubles suédois.
Une adresse à conseiller pour une famille ou un couple avec jeunes enfants.
De plus le propriétaire est sympathique et dévoué.

Large beautiful authentic house
The house was even nicer than the pictures on the website. Carlos the owner met us at the house and helped is to settle in, giving us lots of helpful advise and information on thing to do and see. There were lots of little extras in the house when we arrived i.e. a bowl of fruit, water, shampoo, shower gel,soap etc.
The steps to the beach were literally outside the front door, 5 mins and you were on the beach. You have the best of both worlds where the house is situated, 5/10 mins walk to the left is the shops/restaurants and the square where there is constant entertainment in the evening. This is perfect for all families, young and old. Further on down is a strip of nightclubs and entertainment for the young adults. 10 Minutes walk to the right of the house brings you to the Marina, where there are tons of water sports/activities to be had. I found people very helpful and friendly.

The apartment is in the town but at the same time far enough from the crowds and shopping. In 2-3 minutes you can find a bar and a restaurant. It is situated in a quiet area, far from the noise of the bars. In 1-2 minutes walking you can take the lift to the beach and have you feet on the sand.<BR>
