Apartment located on the 5th floor, with parking space, automated gate and interior elevator.
The building has a unique privacy and also includes two panoramic elevators and a swimming pool located on the 3rd floor, with a small garden.

FANTASTICO!!!
Apartamento muito bonito, com uma decoração moderna. Tudo muito limpo com aroma fresco. Ambos quartos com camas magníficas e super confortáveis. A cozinha está muito bem equipada, em boa verdade não sentimos a diferença com a nossa própria casa. A localização não poderia ser melhor, com uma vista indescritivel sobre a cidade e o mar. A varanda é muito espaçosa, com uma mesa grande e duas espreguiçadeiras. A praia fica a 2 minutos de distância a pé, com ótimos acessos inclusive para carrinhos de bebé. Apesar da sua localização ser tão centrica, não tivemos qualquer problema com barulho. Levamos o nosso cão de férias que foi igualmente muito acarinhado. Existe possibilidade de reservar lugar privado de garagem no mesmo edifício, o que é bastante conveniente. A anfitriã é extremamente simpática, muito profissional e sempre disponível para ajudar. Ainda recebemos um snack de boas vindas, que foi muito apreciado. Iremos sem sombra de dúvida regressar!

Amazing views and apartment !
This penthouse was amazing . Luxury with great outdoor terrace space with sea and city views and also private pool view ! 2 mins walk to old town and bars/ restaurants and fisherman’s beach . Excellent ! Marina our rep was nice and friendly too !

About the neighbourhood
Albufeira is one of the most famous tourist cities in Portugal in the district of Faro. Since the 1960s, when it became popular as a holiday destination with tourists from northern Europe, it has developed from a picturesque fishing village to a bustling holiday resort. Its history dates back to Roman times, when it was known as "Baltum". The Moors, who occupied the city in the 8th century, called it Al-Buhera, which means "The Castle on the Sea".
Albufeira, which is just a forty-minute drive from the Algarve International Airport, Faro, can be divided into two main areas of interest: the old town of Albufeira and the new town of Albufeira.
Getting around
The village of Vilamoura, recently voted the main golf destination in Europe, is just a 15 minute drive east of Albufeira, and there are also some good quality golf courses close to the center of Albufeira.

How to get there
Due to their location, surrounded by land and sea, resorts in the Algarve enjoy good transport connections. Several international airlines, including low cost carriers, regularly fly to the Algarve via Faro Airport.
The Algarve also benefits from a recently modernized road network, making road travel through the region easier. Train travelers in the region have easy access to the Portuguese rail service (CP - Comboios de Portugal), which connects the Algarve to the rest of Portugal and beyond.
