The front of the building have details of XV siecle and romantic trefoil windows. The court is verdant, cozy, and lovely, greatest when season allow to take meal outside. The home is refurbished and fresh in summer, with three artistic rooms: the first with a canopy bed tipical of Renaissance era, the second with a couple of walnut sleigh beds, the third with trompe l'oeil, two bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen, in a soffused environment, where you will fill at home after your Venetian day.
The home is fully for you. The main door is on an internal court, that is not strictly private, but the table with chairs are mine and you can have beautifull meal in the right season.
You will have access to a cleaned home, cleaning service at the end of your stay is also included. Bed linens, towel, cloth and all the stuff is included.

About the neighbourhood
On the street there are rest and cafe and you can eat some tipical food, like baccalà mantecato or schie con polenta, just on the border of a canal. A greengrocer and a ice cream maker are there. Few meters and you are in a square (Campo) with venetian's daylife, restorants, a Renaissance church and a supermarket (rare in Venice). Palazzo Mocenigo, with its XVII siecle dresses collection is at a couple of minuts. In 10/15 min by walk there are several 'must seen' of Venice: Frari church (Canova sculptures), Scuola Grande di San Rocco (Tintoretto paints), Rialto markets and nightlife. Railway: Venezia Santa Lucia, 10min: 0.5 km
Renzo Piano airport project is just 30min, you cant catch Alilaguan lina Arancio to San Stae. If you come by train, you will get off inside Venice. Piazzale Roma is the last stop for road vehicle. Now you can take a taxi boat or Vaporetto line 1 till San Stae stop. Walk back for a 300m to Piazzale Roma, or ask for Campo San Giacomo all'Orio.
