    The house is in the Sestiere Cannaregio, only 3 minutes from 'Venice S.Lucia' railway station, 15 minutes from Rialto.
    It can offer you all of the comforts of modern living.
    The space is decorated in a simple and practical style so you can make yourself at home in Venice.
    The apartment is a ideal base to visit Venice and the best town of Veneto region: Padua is only 30 min by train and Verona about 1 hour.
    The zone is very silent: will be the bells of Saint Giobbe church to wake up
    you the morning. But only few steps and you can be in the Cannaregio fondamenta or in the Lista di Spagna, probably the most animated 'calle' in Venice. Free WI-FI

    So good we plan to return

    Guido could not have been more welcoming: he met us at the station, took us to the flat and explained everything over proseccoand cake. Then he showed us the local area and recommended restaurants. The flat was perfect. All that was needed and everything spotless....More
