After moments of apprehension upon seeing the building from the outside and stepping into the antiquated elevator, we were agreeably surprised to enter a very nice 2 bedroom apartment close to the heart of Rome.
The Good: Frankly, it was all good. Nice reception with enough English to answer any questions we had. The apartment was clean and quite spacious with comfortable beds and good amenities and some nice restaurants and a little supermarket close by. Everything we wanted to look from the touristy things to shops was within an easy walking distance.
The Fair: The elevator is a shocker, but probably typical for this sort of location. The living room was small, but who cares? We weren't in Rome to sit on our bums.
The Bad: Nothing to report.
Summary: A great find. Unless something changes, you shouldn't be disappointed.
