J ai payé mon séjour deux fois, à la réservation et un jour après notre arrivée sans avoir donné aucune autorisation....
Des démarches à mon retour et ça gâche les vacances donc attention ⚠️

Plus personne pour expliquer le double paiement.
Je ne recommande donc pas cette location.

Le logement est très bien situé ! Tous les monuments sont faisable à pied (si vous aimez marcher entre 5 et 30min environ). La communication avec Francesca et l'agence se sont faites avec succès. Malheureusement la propreté est à revoir. Je vais reprendre les autres avis concernant l'isolation. Le logement donne sur une rue avec beaucoup de passage, on constate le bruit le soir et la nuit car la rue résonne. Néamois, Francesca n'y ait pour rien je le constate.

Had a fabulous time! Property was ideally located!...
Had a fabulous time! Property was ideally located! Could walk to all the main attractions. The apartment was comfortable and had all we needed. Only downside was there was a bar/nightclub in the road adjacent which meant we could hear people leaving in the early hours.

The tenant/owner was amazing with communication. She ensured the check in process was smooth, and it really was!! The location of the flat was amazingly convenient; very close to the Pantheon, and literally walking distance to every monument within Rome. The only reason I could not give it a full 5 star rating is because there is a night club adjacent to the flat, so there was loud noise up until 2-3am each night with people shouting and cars passing. Other than that, the flat was great. Definitely recommend this place, esp for adults who love the night scene. Ciao.

Beautiful place. The only drawback is that at night it is very loud until 4 am. There is a bar/restaurant that stay open late and the people are very loud

Heart of Historic Rome
Nice location near the Pantheon, walking distance to many important sites. Parking nearby was difficult. Apartment was not completely clean i.e. floors. Some street noise. Communication with management company was clear with no surprises.

Great location, comfortable needs some TLC
The apartment was perfect size and location for me and my wife. The communication and coordination for entry and early bag drop was excellent. The apartment is recently renovated which makes it neat, clean and modern. Could use better quality pillows and linens; bathroom needs shelf/storage space and hooks; the AC needs to have water drain installed. All said I would stay again.

Excellent location
Apartment is in an excellent central location to walk to all Romes main sights plus other useful services such as baggage storage and taxi rank. Good selection of restaurants and bars nearby. Would stay in the area again.
Apartment itself was clean and spacious with excellent and much appreciated air conditioning. Better pillows would be desirable. The apartment building itself is old and internal hallways and stairwells were tired and rundown which impacted on initial impressions.
Communications with host were excellent.

La straconsiglio!
L’appartamento è situato nei pressi del Pantheon, posizione strategica! La proprietaria è molto disponibile e gentile. Nulla da ridire sulla struttura, ci riandrei volentieri.
