Acogedor y céntrico

El loft está super bien situado.En todo el centro de Valencia. Cerca de varios autobuses que te acercan tanto a la playa como a zonas turísticas. Nos encantó los detalles que encontramos en la casa de bienvenida por parte de las propietarias. Trato excelente por parte de ellas!

We booked 2 nights but left after the first night.

Having stayed in this property I feel the description of 'excellent ' is very misleading. The smell emanating from the lift in the centre of the building was unbearable and came into the loft if we opened the windows. The airconditioning unit did not lower the temperature and so with the windows closed we could not sleep because it was a very hot room.There was an electricity box and fuses where the electric came into the flat in the shower room! The shower itself was so small it was a problem trying to keep the curtain in the tray to keep the floor from flooding, and the movement of actually washing constantly turned the shower control off. The location is very central and that was good but the noise from outside at 2 in the morning made sleeping difficult too. The flat is clean but very basic and I suppose that is reflected in the price.

Por otro lado el loft esta en pleno centro. En las afueras se estar� m�s tranquilo, aunque se perder�n las grandes ventajas de elegir una localizaci�n c�ntrica.

The best location !

I will try and be as honest and helpful as i can. We chose this bedsit due to its fabulous location and overall am pleased I did. Like anything there are pros and cons. PROS: Location was perfect, catch the metro from the airport and you can be at the door of the property in about 30 minutes from getting off the plane (with cabin baggage only). Metro is direct to Xativa and then only about 30 metres to the front door. The Tourist bus stops right outside and there are lots of other buses very close by to get you to lots of places ie direct to the beach (note its only 1:50 euro each way on the bus). Its close to pedestrian areas full of cafes and bars/restaurants etc. Close to great shops and its only a 10 -15 minute walk to all the great sights of the old city ie the central Market and cathedral etc. Clean and user friendly with wifi and good TV with satellite channels. Rita was there to meet us with the keys and we had responses very quickly to all our communications. All went very well. There is a bakery/ cafeteria across the road and also a coffee shop for sit down or takeaway coffee literally round the corner just a few steps outside the building for breakfast etc. Great to watch out the window at the hustle and bustle outside. The price was very good. The Cons: I have read the other reviews and yes indeed there was at times quite a pungent smell from the stairwell but this did NOT reach inside the flat. I have no idea what caused it and sometimes it was worse than others but it was the same in other areas of Valencia too. Sometimes it was quite strong. However, Once you were in the flat it was fine and the bedsit was perfectly clean. Depending on whether you are used to road noise, you can notice the traffic noise at night if you are not used to road noise as lets face it this property is right off a major road and the bull ring and attractions. It did not stop us from sleeping well, we did, i just mention it in case you might want to think of taking earplugs? The bathroom is very tiny but clean and functional. The shower area is very small but for a short break it is totally fine. One thing I would say is that I could not find a kettle so could not make a cup of tea or instant coffee in the morning. All other equipment was perfectly fine for a short visit and we only used a microwave as we ate out mostly. Who wouldn't when there are so many lovely tapas bars nearby. Overall this rental was excellent value for money. For a first timer to Valencia, you will get to find your way around no problem due to the location. Rita and Anna have been excellent throughout.

Muy céntrico

Loft muy céntrico, cerca de la Renfe, plaza de toros, a pocos minutos del Ayuntamiento. Muy bien comunicado con metro y buses. Como punto negativo, el minúsculo baño. Por lo demás, ninguna queja.

Ideal para disfrutar de la ciudad

Excelente ubicación, todo a mano, buenos restaurants, centros comerciales, lugares histórico, se llega desde el aeropuerto en subte sin problemas, te deja en la esquina. Muy bien decorado, con gusto y muebles modernos. La único que podemos decir en contra es que el baño es muy pequeño. Pero por lo demás totalmente recomedable.

EXCELLENT PLACE TO VISIT VALENCIA CITY

Se trata de un loft super cómodo, moderno, increiblemente bien situado en el centro de la ciudad. frente a la estación de tren, junto al metro y bus, y a walking distance de las dos zonas de marcha (el carmen y ruzafa). Rita es muy amable y te ayudará en lo que necesites. el loft está muy bonito, reformado, y decorado con super buen gusto. se está genial y da pena irse! gracias Rita!
