Situated just 30 meters from Malvarrosa beach, this beautiful modern villa is unique: it offers a fantastic beach-front location while is only a few kilometers of the historical center of Valencia city. Located just to the north of Valencia's Port, Malvarrosa beach offers guests nearly 3 kilometers of clean white sand and crystal blue waters. The surrounding area was historically occupied by fishermen and it is currently home to a number of modern developments, offering guests a wide choice of restaurants and cafes. Valencia itself is a vibrant city full of history and culture, from the classic architecture and lively marketplace in the Cathedral quarter to the narrow streets of El Carmen or the ultra-modern City of the Arts and Sciences. Great!

Great villa with swimming pool, just in front of the sea. Owner was very helpful. I definitely recommend for a large group.

Beautiful location
