Apartamento para sentirse como en casa, pero con el mar al frente
El apartamento tiene unas vistas preciosas, ubicado cerca de todos los servicios, restaurantes, supermercados y ambulatorio. Se puede ir andando tanto a la playa como al casco antiguo. El apartamento está cuidado hasta en el último detalle y el trato de Ana, esquisito.
Lo recomiendo !!!

Lovely Apartment
Really clean and tidy apratment with really good facilities and equipment. Nice touches with golf clubs for the crazy golf and tennis rachets for the teniis court. The pool was too cold for our visit but must be really nice in summer. All of the rooms were well equipments with comfy beds. We had a great holiday

Apartamento ideal para disfrutar de una zona tranquila, pero sin renunciar a la playa
Lugar ideal para disfrutar de unas magníficas vacaciones. Ana (la propietaria) es una gran anfitriona. El apartamento dispone de todo lo necesario para disfrutar de la estancia: wifi, aire acondicionado, buena cocina, mobiliario moderno, tres habitaciones, plaza de garaje, una piscina estupenda... además hay un restaurante enfrente que da desayunos y comidas a un precio más que razonable. Sin olvidar que hay un supermercado a escasos metros (Consum) y un Mercadona a tres minutos en coche. Otra cuestión que le da un plus al apartamento es la tarjeta de aparcamiento de la que dispone Ana para utilizar en un parking subterráneo situado a pie de playa. Una comodidad, en mi opinión, impagable. En definitiva, si quieres disfrutar en Calpe de unas vacaciones cómodas y en familia, este es tu apartamento. Nosotros, sin duda, repetiremos.

Vacaciones como en casa!!!
Fuimos al apartamento 2 parejas de amigos con niños pequeños. Desde el primer momento la comunicación con Ana Belén fue genial y al llegar su hermana nos explicó todo perfectamente.
El apartamento está totalmente equipado, limpio y decorado como si fuera tu propia casa, en especial la cocina que está genial. Los niños estuvieron encantados y nosotros también. Además valoramos el hecho de que fuera seguro para los niños poniendo la mampara de cristal en la terraza que es una pasada.
Luego la zona está a un paso en coche del centro y la zona de playas, dónde pudimos disfrutar de Calpe, su gastronomía y sus paisajes.
Recomendado 100%. Muchas gracias por todo!!!

Como en casa
Buena ubicación, vistas abiertas al mar y cerca de todos los servicios. Apartamento equipado con todo!. Nos facilitaron, de forma gratuita, una plaza de parking a pie de playa (esto compensa el no estar a primera linea de playa). Para volver!

Fabulous Appartment in family friendly Calpe
We had a lovely stay in Ana's Appartment.
On arrival we were met by Ana's family who let us in and showed us around as well as telling us how various things worked, including how to access the free parking space down at the beach.
The Appartment itself was very clean and very well appointed with a well fitted kitchen with lots of useful amenities. The Appartment is very clean and very comfortable with plenty of space and lots of useful storage. There is a car park in the basement which is easy to access and keeps the car cool during the day.
Views were excellent and the apartment is only a 10 to 15 minute walk to the beach or less if you want to access the rugged coastline immediately to the south.
The Poole area is also well maintained and the water temperature just perfect. Spent hours there playing in the pool with my son or sitting in the sun reading a book. It's generally very quite around the pool during the day with the residents tending to use it mid morning or early evening. Those residence in the block we met were very friendly.
The pictures of the apartment are very true to life and give it full justice, it really is that nice!
Calpe is a great family destination. Clean beaches with a nice breeze, lots of restaurants and family orientated bars, a little Luna park for young kids and inflatables on the water for kids to play on for a small equipment hire (11 Euro per person if I remember correctly).
A great holiday in a great location and a great apartment. Many thanks to you Ana and your family who were always there to help us straight away if we needed it.

Beautiful and spacious apartment
This is a great family friendly apartment with a lovely pool and well kept gardens. The apartment is extremely well furnished and has air con in all the bedrooms and lounge/dining room. There is a superb sea view from the balcony. The location is quiet with plenty of bars, restaurants and shops within walking distance. The beach is clean and approximately 15 minutes walk from the apartment. There is a supermarket across from the apartment which has all the essentials. The owner Ana is very helpful and couldn't do enough to make our stay enjoyable. Would definitely recommend this apartment.
