La zona es inmejorable, se encuentra en una tranquila calle peatonal, en pleno centro, a 1 minuto del ayuntamiento y a 4 minutos de la playa, así como cercano a los principales lugares de ocio y restauración (supermercados, tiendas, cines, restaurantes...) También está próximo a varios parkings públicos, parada de taxis y de autobuses, aunque dada su ubicación no es necesario ningún tipo de transporte o vehículo propio.
La vivienda cuenta con un salón de más de 30 metros, tres amplias habitaciones y dos cuartos de baño, cocina y galería donde hacer la colada y tender la ropa, además de todo el mobiliario y los electrodomésticos necesarios como, lavavajillas, microondas, cafetera, herv...
