This spacious, modern and fully refurbished 2-bedroom flat is ideal for a holiday with family or friends, as it can sleep up to 6 people.
It is located in the central Salamanca district, a glamorous neighbourhood with grand 19th century avenues lined with fine dining restaurants and designer boutiques, known as the "Golden Mile of Madrid". It is close to Platea Madrid, an exclusive gourmet market located in a former theatre and just off the Plaza de Colón, you will find the National Archaeological Museum, where there are works of art and prehistoric relics from the Iberian Peninsula.
It is well connected to other important areas of the city thanks to Madrid's transport network, just a few metres away you will find the metro station of Lista and Goya.

NOS FUIMOS A UN HOTEL AL SEGUNDO DIA
Primero, rápidos para cobrar llegamos y ya habían pasado la tarjeta de crédito. El departamento no estaba limpio habÍa colillas de cigarrillo, basura abajo de la bolsa de basura, gotones de pegote en el piso, tierra bajo la cama. Llegue y me puse a limpiar.
Primer día no había agua caliente, habían dejado mal el termotanque sin solucion a la noche. Segundo día nos quedamos fuera por un tema de la cerradura. Uno de los aires acondicionados hace un ruido cada minuto y medio. Tiene un colegio enfrente 7.45hs. imposible seguir durmiendo. La respuesta de los propietarios dentro del horario de oficina o.k., pero el telefono de emergencia que dejan para las 24hs. no atiende ni puede ser llamado desde un celular. Mala elección.

Madrid in the summer
Amazing place. Great location in one of the best areas in Madrid, close to El Retiro and surrounded by the best restaurants and night life in Madrid
