Description: Unique townhouse sleeps six people in a privileged situation opposite Palma beach with open views, close to the Cathedral and park. The house has three floors. On the first level is the open plan dining and living room, with glass doors that flood the area with light and open onto the balcony. There is a well equipped kitchen, with everything you need for cooking at home, a bedroom with traditional double bed, and toilet are also found on this floor. The next level has a bright and sunny bedroom suite with large double bed and desk, there is a dressing area and en suite bathroom with bath and walk in shower. The house has central heating for the winter and fans for the summer. Staying in this townhouse gives you a comfortable feeling away from home. Tourist Licence number: BASTIO 3 1565/2016/ET Surroundings: Palma at its best; it is just across the road to the beach, there is a 17km cycle path all along the sea front, you are in the historical centre of Palma, and the trendy fishing village or Portixol with all its seaside restaurants and bars is easily walkable. The Anima beach club is only 200m and Nassau beach club a short walk away. Close by are the shopping areas, Colon, Jaime II, Borne, San Miguel, Sindicato and the department store El Corte Ingles, also cafeterias, Restaurants and Boutiques. Throughout the year Palma hosts many fiestas and celebrations, from art nights in the streets, to medieval fairs, firework displays and outside live music. The city hosts international sailing events, and connects the other Balearics Islands by ferry. Not forgetting the famous Tuesday nights busy 'Routa Martiana' which happens in the area of Plaza Mayor, where all the tapas bars are open offering tapas and beer or wine for 2.00€ each. The famous antique train to Soller also leaves from Palma, travelling through the beautiful countryside, to the village of Soller. The heating of this property is by gas, the cost is 10 euros per night, this is not included in the booking price,so it should be paid on the check out day. From January 1st 2018, The Balearic government require a Balearic Tourist Tax, payable at the time of booking, prices vary depending on the duration of the stay and the season (Low or High). This tax is applicated for travelers over the age of 16 years old.You will need to pay this on arrival at the check in, if not already saved. Please note if your arrival to the property is after 21:00 hours, there is a late check in fee of 40 euros which can be paid in cash on arrival.
