Bordering Seville's famous Jewish Quarter, this is a charming family house with many traditional architectural features, such as a central patio, beamed ceilings and hand-painted ceramic tiles. The house has been refurbished to maintain its traditional character, while still remaining a comfortable family home. Furnishings are a mix of new, and antiques from Seville and beyond. It is arranged over three floors and has four bedrooms and four bathrooms. It can accommodate up to eight guests. On the ground floor, set around the central patio are the large kitchen-dining room and the living room; with two sofas, two armchairs and ceiling fans. Free WIFI internet is included. The twin room has (hot/cold) air-conditioning, and the double bedrooms have electric radiators for the winter months and fans for summer. Windows surround the central patio on the first floor allowing in plenty of light. There is also a small laundry-room with a washing machine and a dryer. On the second floor is a further double bedroom (bed size 1.50x2.00m) with en-suite bathroom and (hot/cold) air-conditioning. Access to the small roof terrace (4 m² approx) is from the second floor. It is equipped with seating and a small table, making an ideal spot to enjoy the sun and the views of the surrounding buildings, including the Palace of the Marqueses de Marchelina.
