This large, 110m square apartment is ideal for large families or groups and has a traditional 'home away from home' feel. The 1st floor apartment (with lift access) comes with a dedicated car-parking space and accommodation comprises of 3 bedrooms (2 x double rooms with double beds and 1 room with two single beds). The apartment has the benefit of having 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has its own balcony/terrace and all rooms have ample storage space with built-in wardrobes. The kitchen/diner has all necessary components as well as a table and chairs. A large, bright and airy living and dining room leads to a second balcony/terrace. Additional cleaning is available on request for a little extra. Getting there The property is very easy to reach. Many airports in the UK, Ireland, Spain, Germany, Netherlands, Scandiavio and other European countries have direct flights to Malaga airport, which is a short journey away. From Malaga Airport it's a short Taxi ride (approximately 20 €) to the apartment. Simply ask for Calle Maestra Miret (near Manantiales) in Torremolinos. Alternatively the train from Malaga Airport to Torremolinos is very convenient, leaving every 20 minutes through the day. The apartment is a short walk from the station through Plaza Costa del Sol. About the Area The centrally-located apartment is on Calle Maestra Miret in the Manatiales area, on the north side of the Plaza Costa del Sol / Av. Palma De Mallorca artery. It is minutes from the popular shopping street of Calle San Miguel, and has numerous restaurants and bars nearby. It is also very close to large supermarkets and other practical shops. The beach can be reached by going along Calle San Miguel and descending steps at the end, or bypassing this route and going straight for the public lift in Calle de las Mercedes to descend to beach level. The train station is minutes from the apartment, and the local line enables you to travel along the coast between Malaga and Fuengirola. The local bus station is also minutes away. Buses travel along the coast and inland to many destinations from here. Torremolinos is located 7km west of Málaga airport and was the first Costa del Sol resort to be developed back in the early sixties when it was little more than a sleepy village, still today the town reflects its heritage with several of the original fresh fish bars located right in the shopping centre, incongruously flanked by exclusive boutiques and gift shops.
