The studio has every comfort:
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge freezer, hob fridge, microwave, oven, toaster, espresso machine, blender American, iron, washing machine... as well as pots, pans, crockery and cutlery.
Has a comfortable sofa bed with mattress topper visco elastic and pillows visco elastic also. Linens and towels included.
Air conditioning (cold/heat).

The terrace has garden furniture (double sofa and two armchairs, and coffee table, and folded up for lunch with two folding chairs).
The studio is south facing, so it is very sunny, has lovely views to the pools and see the sea bottom.

Great studio
The studio was excellent, it was well fitted out and had all the amenities we needed. The balcony was overlooking the communal pool and a lovely space to relax. It was in a great location, only 15 minutes walk to the Marina and beach. There were lots of basics in the apartment on arrival to get us started, really appreciated. There are 2 large supermarkets within a 2 minute walk for all your needs. We had a fabulous time. Thank you for letting us use your awesome studio

inspiring
having visited saltillo alto in years gone by we found the property to be excellent in every aspect. the space is utilised well and basically everything matches.
the extra goodies were well appreciated after a long journey and the fridge freezer keeps everthing as required .
there are 2 pools both warm for the time of year, recliners are numerous with cushions available.
bar was only open occasionally in eraly days but that is top be expected.
all in all a very enjoyable 3.5 week stay. will be back

Nice studio bijou
Nice but small, everything you want is there, reasonably modern.
only problem we had which has nothing to do with the owner is the apartment below had a dog and every time the occupants went out the dog would bark incessantly,
this would be all morning every day and sometimes in the afternoon or night

Great place to stay
Have just returned from this Studio apartment it is in a great location and the pool area is fantastic. It is approx 7 mins walk from the train station; 12 to 15 mins walk from Bonaza Square and the same to the sea front. Well located for everything and well worth a visit. I have no negative points for this premises. FRAN the owner was great and could not be more helpful. Facilities in the premises excellent oven, microwave, toaster washing machine, hair dryer, towels well worth a stay.

We had a fantastic holiday. Fran so helpful always available. The studio is really nice has everything you need.We had 1 minor problem but Fran sorted it quickly.Will definitely return.

Splendid Studio Well Equiped - Piscines/Garden View
Location idéal pour un couple ou personne seul avec un enfant, studio très propre, bien équipe,sécurise, mini balcon aménagé, vue sur les 2 piscines, emplacement prés des shopping center, proche de la mer, et des restaurants

Estupendo
El Estudio está en excelentes condiciones, muy bien equipado, el mobiliario es nuevo y todo estaba impecable. Por ponerle alguna pega esta algo retirado de la playa, mas o menos a 15 minutos andando pero en la zona hay muchos servicios y comercios disponibles. Muy recomendado

Muchas gracias José, me alegro que os gustara el estudio y os hayáis sentido cómodos. En cuanto a la distancia a la playa, son unos 800 metros (5 minutos en coche o 15 min andando)..., Espero volváis en otra ocasión.

Amazing studio
As a young couple we spent a really good time in this studio. Fully equipped and beautifully decorated we enjoyed staying there for two weeks. When we arrived the studio was very clean and the owner welcomed us very well. Always available when we needed, I'd like to thank you for your sympathy Franscico !
About the studio, we had everything we needed in there, more than we expected and we really liked the decoration.
One more thing that we appreciated is the swimming pool, very clean too and quiet. The location of the studio is also a plus, not far from the coast, many restaurant and train/bus services.
In brief, we really enjoyed our trip there, we recommanded the studio, it's perfect for couples. I'd like to thank the owner one more time, everything was correct and it was easy to communicate with you.
We hope we can maybe come back another time !

Beautiful modern apartment
Great location, very clean, really modern apartment with all the essentials and much more. Really quiet relaxed place. Owner always available if needed and made to feel very welcome.

Stylish & Spacious Studio
My husband and I stayed at the studio for the month of February 2016.
The studio is spacious, well laid out and decorated to a high standard. It's in a great location being near the train station, a few local bars and shops and only a short 15 minute walk to the Marina and the Promenade. There is a good sized balcony with tables and chairs with lovely views over the gardens and pool area towards the sea. The studio has a full, well equipped kitchen area, SMART TV and bathroom with a great shower that has both an overhead section and a detachable head.
Towels, sheets and blankets are provided and the sofa bed is very comfortable. The washing machine came in useful since we were staying for a month.
All in all, we had a fantastic holiday.
