Delightful apartment with great views
I have recently stayed for another 2 weeks in October 2022 at this delightful apartment having previously been there also in April.
The apartment is in a perfect location, great views, a good residential area, quiet but only a short walk from Central Torremolinos. It’s also within walking distance from the fantastic beaches of Playamar and Bajondillo.
The apartment is very well equipped and very much a home from home. It suited me down to the ground. The owner is very responsive and helpful to any question raised.
I would highly recommended it to anyone.

Very nice apartment ! Clean and tidy
Close to the town not far from the beach
The owner Manuel is very helpful !
Carmen was also a big help !
Thanks again we enjoyed our stay ..

Precioso y genial
El apartamento genial para 2 adultos y 1 o 2 niños, muy cerca de la playa y de dos grandes supermercados y la atención de Manolo y Carmen, genial. Sin duda volveremos.

Just a great little apartment
I can't really add much to my original review of this great little apartment. Manuel and his aunt Carmen are great hosts and the apartment has everything you need for a great stay, as well as being within walking distance of all amenities.
Only "downside" for my stay this time is that, because of the Covid-19 situation, the communal pool was closed and so I had to go to the beach to sunbathe and swim. And the beach is a short walk away using the steps down from the steps' entrance about 150 metres from the apartment, which are situated on the left-hand side of C/Boscan going towards the centre of town

Tranquilo para descansar.. y cercano al centro
Lo que es el apartamento en si, es como te lo puedes esperar. Es tranquilo para descansar, y cercano al centro, y una escalera de atajo hacia la playa. Lo único que me esperaba piscina tal como se publicita, pero esta cerrada (la causa me da igual), si no se puede usar, es como si no tuviera. En cuanto al aparcamiento comunitario, casi siempre te tocará dejarlo fuera.

Très bel appartement
Bel appartement. Très bien situé à deux pas du centre ville avec vue sur Mer.
Bien équipé.
Propriétaire et sa tante qui nous ont accueillis très sympathiques.

Great week/great view
Nice clean apartment, great bedroom, comfortable bed, good sleep quality, thanks we loved it, met by a lovely lady, good correspondence with owner.

Just a week in Spain
Loved our visit, nice clean apartment, just lacks English TV stations.
Would recommend to friends, all contacts with owner very positive.

Christmas in Torremolinos
Great little apartment! Lovely lady called Carmen welcomed us, we had a great laugh, good contact with Manuel the owner! People in apartment above a little noisy.
All in all would recommend.

Ein sehr schöner Ort, bis zum Strand 10-15 Min. zufuß. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön. Ruhige Gegend. Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen.
