Situated overlooking the both the 11th fairway of Golf Rio Real and the mountains on the landward side, apartment 213 is on the first floor of block 2. The Golf Club House is about 400 m away and has a bar, restaurants, tennis, and golf. The Hotel Incosol is just slightly further away.
Apartment 213 has an internal area of 107.66 sq m with two bedrooms, a bathroom and a large shower room, living area, kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, micro wave and conventional ovens and two large (32.9 sq m) and one small terrace (2.4 sq m). Standard UK TV channels are available. There is a communal pool and a children's paddling pool set in well kept gardens. The development has electrically operated gates for added safety.
